This apartment is fantastic. It is gorgeous and brand new. It has 2 patios for you to spend time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The rooms are spacious and the apartment includes everything you need. But, the best thing about this apartment is the location. It is located near the bull ring and within a short walking distance to the Cathedral which is the center of the tourist sites. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Seville.

Very comfortable and convenient appartment.
Great location : you can go on foot to all the main monuments; small supermarket and bakery nearby, as well as restaurants and tapas bars (we recommend Casa Cuesta in calle Zaragoza).
The street is very quiet and the double glazing effective.
Everything is very well organized, from booking to check out. -

The appartment was in the heart of old Seville near to the bullring and the Triana Bridge. It is ideally placed for sight-seeing or for shopping within the city. It is close to transport links if you wish to visit sights outside the city. It is surrounded by Tapas bars and restaurants and local shops for necessities.
The appartment itself is well appointed and spotlessly clean. Should you wish to cook for yourself there are ample dishes and utensils to make that possible.
Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a bonus for 4 ladies as we did not need to fight over them. This is an ideal base for a holiday in Seville and the large terrace means you can just laze in the sun. -

We arrived about 5pm after a hard day of travel and could not have been more pleased with what greeted us. The agent waiting for us(alicja) was very professional and helpful and the apt. was as it was advertised with no surprises. There were 3 of us with one in a wheelchair and we encountered nothing we could not handle. The bedroom setup was perfect and the location was great. The kitchen and baths were 1st class. If we ever return to Seville we will stay here again.

We had a lovely vacation in Seville at the Maestranza apartment #5. The location was ideal for all major sites and the apartment is very bright and comfortable. The staff met us at the door on time and spent time to show us how everything in the apartment worked, as well as give us maps and make suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We were even provided with things like laundry detergent and dish soap to make our stay easier. Very professional yet personal, we'd highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for adding to our wonderful vacation in Seville over the Christmas holidays. Though a little nervous when our cab driver dropped us off on the narrow street in front of the apartment...we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful accommodations. The 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of room for our family of 5, and the 3 bathrooms were very modern and spacious. The master suite on the 2nd level was perfect, (we enjoyed the access to the patio!)and the walk in shower was the largest we had on our travels through Spain. Everything is new and the apartment was tastefully decorated, and very secure. We were met by a wonderful young woman who provided us with all the information we needed. The location could not have been better. Just minutes to walk to the Cathedral and all the other area attractions and shopping. We will recommend this apartment to anyone we know traveling to Seville, and will stay here again should we come back. By the way...Seville is magical during the holidays!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à Seville où nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement N°3 "Maestranza" qui est situé dans le quartier des arènes et pas loin de la Cathédrale et proche (à pieds) de la plupart des centres d'intérêts de Séville.
L'appartement se trouve dans une rue calme proche de restaurants et bars à tapas de bonne qualité. Il y a quelques commerces alimentaires ainsi que le marché à proximité.
En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il est très agréable, confortable,propre, bien aménagé (belle décoration contemporaine) avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains.
Les gestionnaires de l'appartement (Carmen et Sarah) sont très professionnelles et charmantes , elles font tout leur possible pour vous aider et rendre votre séjour agréable.
Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet appartement qui m'a permis de passer un merveilleux séjour et le recommande à mes amis.

Great stay in Seville. We rented two apartment for our party of 7 for 1 week Christmas Eve through New Years Eve. Beautiful apartments, perfect location close to everything. Very busy time of year in Seville, so the nights were a little noisy, but I am a light sleeper and the others in my group were not affected by it. Highly recommend Maestranza apartments!

Very well-located, a short walk to eateries and tourist sights. Everything within walking distance! The apartment was well-furnished, comfortable and clean.
Only 2 issues - the shower area tends to flood within the glass shower cubicle, and there is no shelf for toiletries in the shower.
We also found the apartment a little on the pricey side.
Otherwise, a lovely stay! -

We were greated warmly by Carmen on our arrival at the apartment. She showed us around all the amenities and showed us where the local shops were on the map she gave us.
The apartment was newly refurbished and decorated in a simple, tasteful and modern style. It was big enough for our family of four. Had we wished to cook it wouldn't have been a problem, but with so many great tapas bars, coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep there is hardly the need to boil a kettle. It was also fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc. For our needs it could benefit from a. Dvd player. The wifi was not very strong either. Even though the agent came and tried to help,us with it, it only connected to laptops, not our iPads or mobile devices. There are very limited English TV channels:News only. We visited at the end of October, but if you visit when the weather is better you probably wouldn't be so bothered by the lack of technology.
In all we were very happy in the comfy beds, clean modern environment and the location is very good to the Bullring, river and Cetherdral. We enjoyed our stay! -

We were glad of the recommendation from the owner to take taxis to the apartment, which is in a pleasant quiet area but within easy walking distance of the historic sites and nightlife. The apartment is very comfortable and excellent quality - including the beds - and tastefully decorated. The roof terrace was great for our 3 days of good sunshine and for sitting out in the evening - totally private. We always planned to buy some local food and cook, and would have liked an oven, but the kitchen has a hob and a grill/microwave, and we managed. We could have done with more advice on where to buy groceries - there is a small market 2 minutes from the apartment but a much bigger and better one across the bridge at Castillo San Jorge. Also there's a supermarket in the basement of Corte Ingles only 10 mins away on foot. We didn't take a car for which we were thankful and found plenty to do in Seville on foot to fill our 7 day stay and loved the cafe culture. Our favourite eating place was La Habanita - which does vegetarian and non-veg food and has lovely hospitable owners, and we went there twice.

The apartment we stayed in was number five but all seem similarily decorated and have all been renovated to a very high standard. The apt was a tad hard to find but then I am an appalling driver and the streets of old Seville are very very narrow. Helpfully one of the reps meets you at the apartment and takes you to the parking which is nearby but due to the one way system is difficult to reach if you're a novice to Seville. The beds were very comfortable and linens are excellent. Bathrooms are luxurious and modern . Everything worked well. For short stays you need to take your own amenities. The kitchen has all you could want and of very high quality. Wifi worked well and is free. Overall , an excellent centrally located apartment that is a great base for seeing central Seville. Some tips, park in Calle adriano which is close by . There is no public parking at the apartment itself . It's a short walk to meet the reps from C. Adriano . Also rent a small or medium sized car because the streets are very narrow and the parking garage for the apt is accessed by a vehicle lift , which my kids thought was fun but I was terrified by ! The guide in the apt doesn't advise about local restaurants or supermarkets . Get groceries before getting there or as we found , there is a supermarket on a major road north along C Santos Patronas. The major sights of Seville are a short walk away and easily accessible from the apt. We loved this apartment. It's modern design , excellent quality and location ticked all the boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to return and will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was modern, roomy, well-laid out and very comfortable with all amenities available in a quiet neighbourhood, close to many wonderful sights of Seville and delightful dining venues.
There was plenty of room for our two young children and ourselves, while my parents enjoyed being set a little apart in the upstairs bedroom. The children enjoyed having a room to themselves while my parents especially appreciated having an elevator to bring us from the street to our apartment door.
Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It was truly a home away from home, but with andalusian atmosphere!
The staff were courteous and helpful and accommodated all our needs, including allowing us to stow our luggage before the apartment was ready and booking our taxi to the airport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to come back again one day in the not too distant future. -

We stayed here at the end of October and were very impressed with the apartment and its location. Everything was brand new and the place was spotless. Despite being in the centre of town it was also really quiet.
I really would recommend this to anyone staying in Seville. One of the reps was also on hand to meet us and the early check in was much appreciated! -

Very pleased with the quality of apartment. The apartment will not disappoint... every mod con and in 'as new' condition. Polite and friendly dealings with staff. Minor difficulties with arrangements such as negotiated rate. Airport transfer offered. Driver was pleasant and efficient but rate charged was well above the going rate for taxi.

We stayed in this apartment before it was even listed to rent. Stephen the owner was so accomating because we were looking to rent another apartment and it rented before we confirmed and suggested this "jewel" to us. Myself, husband, mother and 2yr old son stayed here and loved it! It's in the perfect area of Seville, you walk out and have everything at your fingertips! Not to mention we used the parking near by for the 3 days we stayed. (Street parking was in 25 hour increments so it was nice to pay a flat rate and not worry about feeding the meter, Sundays parkoing on the street wasn't the same).
We really enjoyed the terrance which had a 6 chair table and 2 sun chairs and it had everything we needed. They accomadated us with a pack and play (or crib/cot) as well. Service was excellant we met our host at the door at an arranged time and he was very nice and reviewed all we needed to know! (spanish would have been an asset but we made do).
Located in the El arenal district we really enjoyed all the areas close by. We walked to everything (Cathederal, Alcazar). Also with a 2 yr old there were parks and restaurants were near and even just hung out on the terrance in the afternoons.
We were there in May so not sure how hot it could get on the terrance.. and the veiw is of the street and neighbours but it was very city-spain!
We ate out for all meals but it seemed to be well equipped with supplies, it was quiet, +++ clean, spacious (2 levels) and I would recommenend it 100%.
What we liked best was the location and the service.
What we liked least...hmmm. the third bedroom was 2 single beds just off the kitchen...worked for us.

We stayed in Maestranza 5 for 4 nights in June 2012. We have 4 children ranging from 10 down to 3. The apartment perfectly met our needs. It was in a super location, spacious, well equipped and far better than staying in a hotel as the kids had freedom and could make plenty noise within the apartment! The check in process was swift and professional. We asked some questions and she (I think Marta) reverted with answers within a couple of hours.
Within 5 minutes walk you are at the Cathedral, the palace and the central shopping area of Seville. Within 2 minutes you are at a selection of restaurants & bars and local shops.
We had a great stay, well done all!
