MACARENA, inside the historic centre of Seville, is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

Additional services:
Breakfast: Included in the daily rate (not in the weekly rate) at a selected local café. Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee, tea or chocolate milk, and toast with a choice of butter, jam, tomato, cured ham or olive oil. We recommend the classic Sevillian breakfast of white coffee and "tostada de la casa" - toast with olive oil, tomato and cured ibérico ham.
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional cleaning (optional): 15€.
Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Un apartament net, ben ubicat, còmode. Un servei molt bo en quan demanaves alguna cosa. El problema del lloc és l'aparcament però això no es culpa de l'apartament.

Check in was quick. The studio was modern, light & airy. Spotless.Reasonably close to public transport & super market close by.Could improve by adding to the work top space( no space to prepare meals) and a few glass & plastic bowls.

The Feria Studio apartment was very charming and perfect in every way for our visit to Seville. It was very clean and offered a most comfortable bed and nice, modern shower. The location was perfect for seeing Seville and yet feeling like a local. The staff were most helpful with our questions and offered great recommendations. We will return!

My apartment at Feria 80 was fantastic. Arrival and check-in was easy as the office is on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on anything I wanted to know. The apartment was spotless and bright. The appliances and fittings were of a high standard and everything worked perfectly. The only fault I could find was there was no freezer, which I discovered after I bought frozen vegetables from the supermarket. But that was minor compared with the overall enjoyment of the experience. When I mentioned that there was no toaster, the staff got one and delivered it to my door the next morning. I have rated the apartment with maximum points in all areas and I would return there anytime. Thank you to Markus and staff.

Moi et mon copain avons resté 3 nuits dans ce petit studio. L'endroit était tellement propre, c'est ce qui nous a le plus marqué. Le studio est très confortable, avec l'air climatisé (Indispensable à Seville je vous le garantie!). L'emplacement est parfait, nous avons trouvé l'endroit très facilement en autobus. Par la suite pour visiter, tout est ce fait à pied sans problème. Le petit déjeuner inclus au petit restaurant au coin de la rue est délicieux (Nous prenions toujours le pan con tomato... miam!).

It took us a long time to find a place to stay in Sevilla, a lot of it was very expensive or not very nice. Our stay at Feria was great, really clean, and very central, the area was good as there weren't many tourists, so we could hang with the locals or walk to the more touristy areas as we pleased. If you are needing a place to stay in Seville, I would recommend Feria, perfect for 2. Close to the Market so you don't have to go to the supermarket, just buy all your fruit and veg and cook it up at home.

Excellent, kind service. Central location, walking distance to 'everything'. Lively but not noisy. Charming and bright studio, clean, modern and comfortable with all utilities you need for a couple. All our best recommandations.

Location was excellent - we walked everwhere to see all the main sights, which were many. The office below gave us helpful information each time we asked for it.The apartment was modern, clean and well set out - good shower, big fridge - we only had snacks as local breakfast provided at corner cafe - with very friendly service.Only snag, but major one, was noise at night from rubbish collection lorries abot 12-1pm and noisy revellers at times.Had to move beds into lounge to get a decent sleep. Suggest secondary glazing needed.

For practical reasons the rubbish collection in Seville is done throughout the night, though Feria itself is not a particularly noisy street and, as you pointed out, the collection is done relatively early and not at 4 in the morning as in some places. However, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will stay with us again.
