Large 3-bedroom apartment for 10 guests, located just a minute's walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace.

FEEL AT HOME: The bright living room has large glass walls with views over Seville's historic centre. It is equipped with a double sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen, opposite the apartment entrance, is small but well equipped for self-catering.

EL CENTRO is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

We stayed here from 26-28 July. It is the perfect location if you are interested in seeing the alcaza and the cathedral. They are less than 5 minutes walk. Also there is very interesting Flamenco within 10 minutes walk in the old Jewish quarter.
The apartment itself fits 6 people comfortably but no more. Master is nice with shower and bathroom. Main bathroom is small but sufficint. Living room has a nice couch and table. Kitchen is small so if you intend to do much cooking, it might be difficult. The washer/dryer for clothes worked fine.
If you want a great place to eat, across the street there is an italian restaurant. Don't be fooled by the sign on the outside that says Pizza. It is fine italian dining, and a beautiful restaurant. The portions are huge, you only need 1 entre for 2 people. We ordered too much food.
I would definitely stay here again. Our cost was about 180 euro per night. -

This apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. We stayed right next to the cathedral and alcazar. We rented via booking.com under the name of apartamentos avenida. The pictures look like the apartment so I'm assuming this was the place. There were 6 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect.
