Staying at the two bedroom altamira apartment in the wonderfully atmospheric Barrio Santa Cruz was excellent. The location could not be better. The apartment is very good - not spacious, but comfortable. The surrounding area has many bars, restaurants, tiny squares, galleries, a decent supermarket (Mas) about ten minutes walk away. Only five minutes to the Cathedral or alcazar (both should be visited) and two minutes to the best flamenco tablao I've ever seen (Casa de la Memoria) - in a beautiful patio seating 80 or so, one hour of totally passionate and moving music, 15 euros. Book in advance, in person, on the day (early) or the day before if poss - it always sells out. Nice touch is a complimentary small breakfast at Restaurante altamira (owned by the owner of the apartment). Toast, jam and coffee.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy and towels were soft. They even provided washclothes which is pretty unusual in European hotels.
We were a little confused about the internet access, but then found the cable and it worked great.
We enjoyed breakfasts at the restaurant terrance -- the "free" breakfast was minimal (coffee and toast, albeit on really good rolls), but we supplemented with OJ and one very large order of eggs/bacon and still fed our family of 5 on 10 Euros or less after the 10% renter discount.
We also had dinner at the restaurant on our first night in town and can definitely recommend the oxtails. Very succulent!
Apartment is right on the edge of the barrio, so you could take a cab from the train station for about 5 Euros. Also very convenient to a paid parking lot, which we used when we picked up our rental car at the end of our stay. -

Great two bedroom apartment well located in Seville, walk to everything, don't need or want a car here. Very helpfull owners who also own the restaurant bar just around the corner. Great value for money

I really enjoyed staying here, the location, people and breakfast were great. The apartment had everything we needed except for WiFi, and the rental company was easy to work with. I would rent again!

The appartement has a good location: you can walk everything from there. It was a clean appartment and the restaurant where you could get your key and have breakfast was very helpfull.

It was great. Only let down at the beginning. Told to phone and speak to someone when we arrived at Station/airport. We did. This person merely told us to get a taxi to a large road which was near a cafe that had the keys. It would have been better if I had been sent the details beforehand by e-mail and I could have shown this to the taxi driver. I had to translate the spanish with the representative and then talk to the taxi driver. Then there was a lot of walking around.
When we got to the cafe they told us daily breakfast was not included, although the paperwork provided to me by e-mail said it was. I did not argue the point. It was not a good start.
Finally you need to leave 100 euro deposit. This was not clear in the info provided. It was lucky I had this on me.Response from veoapartment - 02/22/2012

While it does say on the website that breakfast isn't included when you get a discounted rate (as you did) and that a 100 euro deposit is payable upon arrival, you are correct that this information should have been included in your confirmation email, along with arrival instructions.
