EL CENTRO is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Our family of two adults, two teenagers and an 11-year old stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of July 2012. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Everything is close-by: a small supermarket, two fantastic tapas bars on the same street (one directly across from the apartment building which has very friendly staff), restaurants and the main tourist attractions are just a short walk away. The Flamenco Museum and evening show are worth a visit.
The representative from Sevilla5 who met us was extremely friendly and helpful. -

Ottima posizione nel centro storico di Siviglia. Non abbiamo usato mezzi per spostarci perché era tutto a portata di mano: luoghi da visitare, bar/ristoranti, supermercati, divertimenti serali. La pulizia poi era sbalorditiva: lenzuola ed asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi, casa splendente, elettrodomestici e stoviglie nuovissime (c'erano anche i calici per il vino!!!). Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze: a Siviglia è obbligatoria! Appartamento finemente arredato. Giudizio eccellente in tutto!

we stayed with my daughter and her friend for 4 days in this lovely appartement. We all like to cook and do our shopping in the local shops and were delighted to find a big daily market arround the corner. We chose the appartement because of the kitchen and it met up to our expectations. The appartement is nicely furnished and the beds are good.
Nice cafes and bars nearby. Well we'll really be back that's for sure. -

Lovely large apartment that quickly felt like home. We enjoyed be able to cook the occasional meal when we didn't fancy tapas.
There are two supermarkets within 2 minutes walk plus the Feria flea market (more of a junk market).
Plus there are two bike hire/docking stations also very close.
Really great location to explore the city from.
