FEEL AT HOME: The first floor features a living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second floor features a fourth bedroom and bathroom, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen which gives access to a superb split-level private terrace, complete with swimming pool, plants, sun beds and garden furniture.
BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has a double bed and three other bedrooms two single beds.

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.
There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.
Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.

The apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of room. It is well equipped and there are nice decorations and books etc. Very homely. The outside terraces are great, for eating alfresco or just sitting out. It was too early in the year to use the pool but I imagine it will be fantastic in Summer. This area of Seville is very interesting - lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance but it is outside the main tourist areas. The main sites (Cathedral, Alcazar etc.) and shops are all within reasonable walking distance.
Local parking would be very expensive (€20 per day) but by going just the other side of the river we found some for €3 per day. If you are happy to walk you don't need a car in Seville. -

We've stayed in the apartment with 6 friends. The apartment is very nice, clean, big! There were 3 bedrooms which had their own bad room. The swimming pool was just perfect with the hot weather and there are 2 terraces on which you can relax.
It's also located in a nice area with lots of bars and tapas restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
