Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.
Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.
Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

Bel appartement idéalement situé sur les rives du Guadalquivir - superbe vue nocturne sur Séville, ses arènes et la Giralda - Appartement trés classieux aménagé avec goût pouvant accueuillir une famille ou des amis jusqu'à six personnes dans un quartier trés populaire et en même temps proche à pied du centre névralgique de la vielle ville de Séville - Seul petit bémol : superbe cuisine mais avec des ustensiles en quantité plus que limitée ne nous ayant pas permis de cuisiner vraiment - et autre point faible pour ceux qui louent en hiver : un seul radiateur électrique dans la salle à manger-salon et un ampérage sûrement trop bas qui a entraîné de nombreuses coupures - Si ces deux points faibles étaient corrigés on pourait dire que cette location serait "parfaite".
Très mal insonorisé
Je n'arrive pas à croire que les critiques précédentes soient si positives...
D'accord, cet appartement est plein de charme, mais mis à part cela, les toilettes de la chambres principale sont minuscules, le jacuzzi jamais réparé.
Mais le défaut majeur est le manque d'insonorisation !!! Même avec les fenêtres fermées, nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, tellement il y avait de bruit dans la rue, avec un bar juste en-dessous.
Sans compter que l'on entend toutes les conversation de l'appartement à côté le Betis blue 2. Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la TV et la machine à café sophistiquée ne marche pas- Bref, pas que du bonheur...
Ah oui, j'oubliais, la qualité de la literie est très médiocre

Thank you very much for your evaluation. We've just installed double glazed windows in the master bedroom facing the street. Also, the noise between Betis Blue 1 and 2 is now sorted - we covered the communication door with a insulated wall. The bath with jacuzzi is now available for 40 EUR for every day of the stay (OPTIONAL). TV and coffer maker is always available. Best regards.
Great apt, great location, great view
We rented both apt Betis #1 and #2 for a group of 12.
Great apt, very clean and well located. The view on the Guadalquivir is stunning!
Lovely apartment in special location
Betis Blue 1 was a delight. The view of the river was the highlight. Triana is a nice place to stay since it is more of a neighborhood. There is a market very close by and wonderful ceramic shops are a two minute walk. The building was bright and well maintained.
Great location, kind people
Everything was great, location (70mt from undergroung parking), beautiful view from the dining room, a lot of space, kitchen new and complete, two bathrooms.
A pity that in one of the bathroom the Jacuzzi was not working.
It was at the first floor with elevator.
The temperature of the bath water was unstable (up and down a little) and maybe in high season the road in front of the apartment is a little noise (not in our two days stay). This also because of the several amount of restaurant nearby.
Taking a cup of cofee in the morning just looking at the quitness of the river Guadalquivir from the dining room was great.

Great location, lovely city.
The flat was very spacious and cool during a warm Easter break. Flat sits between a number of tidy bars & food joints that were all friendly. Recommend highly the casa manolo behind the bridge & market. The market at theend of the bridge is fantastic for fresh food and early morning churos. There is a brilliant flamenco cafe next door to the flat which can go early into the morning but was nothing like a uk bar or club. It certainly wouldn't putrid off staying again. The only problem was fancy coffee machine not working and lack of a kettle for warming baby food etc.
