FEEL AT HOME: The spacious living area has 4 large windows that let in light and air, 2 single sofa beds, and a dining table and chairs. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
BEDROOMS: The main bedroom has a double bed, and the other two each have two single beds.
BATHROOM: One bathroom has washbasin, toilet, bidet and bathtub. The second bathroom has washbasin, toilet and shower.

This was our best accommodation of our trip. Everything was very modern and well-equipped. A really comfortable space – would be happy to buy an apartment like this one day it was that good. Great kitchen, living area, brilliant bed and modern bathroom. Ideal location – only thing was that during our stay there was some major road works happening directly out the front of the building which interrupted our sleep on a couple of mornings – nothing anyone can do about that though I suppose and I’m sure would be finished by time I’m writing this. Would definitely come back again. -

The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. It has all the necessary things to live as "at home". Access to nearly all the great places in Sevilla takes no more than 20 minutes on foot. Next to the apartment is a city bus stop. The railway station and the bus station is also nearby. The hosts are very nice and you can communicate with them in English. We enjoyed the stay!

We stayed at the Los Terceros apartments with friends over Easter. It's conveniently located across from El Rinconcillo, the oldest tapas joint in Seville which should interest Foodies reading this review. The property is very tastefully done and you can tell a lot of sweat equity went into the unit given its architectural flair. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
