Description

1-bedroom apartment with a private terrace, located on a quiet street on the edge of the historic Santa Cruz neighbourhood.

There is an open-plan living area including a fully-equipped kitchen, separated by a counter. Furnishings include a round dining table, chairs, sofa and tv.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200cm) and wardrobe, beside it is the bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

The bedroom and living room have separate hot/cold air-conditioning units. There is also Wi-Fi internet access and a flat-screen TV.

A wrought-iron spiral staircase leads up to the sunny terracotta-coloured terrace, which is furnished with wicker loungers, and a table and chairs. Charming details include plants, Moroccan lanterns and a kilim rug.

How do damage deposits work?
