Just minutes from the major sights and attractions, San Vicente is a mainly residential neighbourhood in the northwest part of the old centre, and an ideal base for exploring an authentic part part of the city notable for its many squares and historic churches, such as San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the east by the Alameda de Hercules, with its many tapas bars and thriving nightlife, and on the west by the Guadalquivir River. The riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. The "Plaza de Armas", formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern shopping centre, but still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial origins.

We hired this apartment and two others in the same block for my Sisters Hen party. 14 women of all ages! We had a fantastic time, the apartment was just what we needed, good location within walking distance of everything, clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment had everything we needed, linen, towels and we even cooked in one night.
The service from Veo was very good and they very quickly responded to emails and and questions I had. I would highly recommend this apartment for a group, great space, fantastic roof and pool to cool off - where we could even see the wonderful fireworks of the 'Feria de abril de Sevilla.' Seville is a beautiful city and this apartment makes it easy to see it all! -

Wir haben den aufenthalt in Sevilla sehr genossen. Besonders die exzellente Dachterrasse sowie die geräumige Küche und die komfortablen Schlafzimmer sprechen für dieses appartement. Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen, es war wirklich wunderschön und hat allen 6 Gästen sehr gefallen!

New and stylish. It was great to spread out in the kitchen, living room or terrace area with pool. Bedrooms and baths were large by american size standards let alone typical European hotel sizes.
The location in San Vicente was perfect for access to shopping and taxis ( < 1/4 mile), cathedral ( .7 miles), food ( all around the neighborhood) , art museum (1/4 mile) and Semana Santa( all around). At least 4 brotherhoods or churches were in the neighborhood. It was great to be at their temples for the viewing and processions and avoid the crowds at the Cathedral for Semana Santa.
Finally the rental people were great to deal with and very accompdating. They pointed me to a parking garage a 3 minute walk from the apartment. -

Pros: Couldn't ask for a better location in a v. safe neighborhood. Beautiful, modern apartment with lovely rooftop pool/terrace. V. friendly, responsive owner/manager quick to resolve the one initial v. small issue---no automatic coffee maker, which we purchased and, for which, she cheerfully reimbursed us. Comfortable living space (see minor bedroom/bath deficiencies below), well-appointed kitchen. Located on a v. quiet side street, yet steps from everything Seville has to offer. Specialty food markets within 1 block. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pool. Parking garage located 2 blocks away---street parking is free, but is hit or miss, as is the case in nearly all european cities. We were fortunate enough to nab a spot within 1/2 a block from the apartment and held on to it like grim death since we didn't need to move the car for the first 4 days of our stay. Only had to use the garage for 1 night. Cons: stairwells need handrails for safety. Upper bathrooms had no towel bars or soap/shampoo receptacle in the shower. Upstairs bedroom lacked anything for storing clothing---no closet, dresser, or shelves in the room. We mentioned this to the owner when leaving, so I'm certain she has added those things. Aside from those small items, this was the perfect apartment for our stay in Seville. I will definitely rent the place in the future.

My 6 friends and I came from Belgium to visit Sevilla and stayed in the teodosio apartment.
We were surprised when we arrived, because normally when you do, the reality doesn't add up to the pictures. The apartment was amazing, clean, there was a lot of space for 7 girls (who need a lot of space ;) ) to cook, wash, swim and enjoy the sun. So thank you, veo for making our trip very enjoyable. -

Beautifully appointed and recently renovated apartment, friendly and efficient service, easy walking distance to all the sights, and relaxing with a drink in the cooling pool at the end of the day is wonderful.

I stayed here with family and friends (4 people total but could sleep at least 2 more in beds and another 5 in trundler beds if you needed it to) for a long weekend in Seville. Everything about the house was excellent. The house itself is large, comfortable and beautiful and had everything you would want. The property managers were helpful and flexible and let us check in early and out very late before our flight. The location is 15-20 minutes walk from the tourist hub around the cathedral etc which is nice as it you get a much more local feel and there are shops, shopping malls, a few cafes and bars v close by anyway. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if I go back to Seville.

Stayed here with 4 people but you can easily stay with more although 8 people might be a little cramped. But if you don't mind sleeping in the living it's possible. The apartment is very luxurious with great bathrooms, a very nice kitchen and an awsome roof terrace. The swimming pool is very small. The location is great. On a walking distance of all must sees in Seville and a very nice little square around the corner with a great tapas bar and a little terrace.

We felt at home immediately in this apartment. It is a five-star rental. There is great care in the choice of furnishings and furniture that create a warm and welcoming feel. The kitchen is very well-equipped and spacious - large enough to prepare proper meals for guests. The master bedroom has a very indulgent over-sized bathroom. The roof top terrace has a plunge pool useful for sweltering Sevillian summers. And the location is both convenient and peaceful.
