An upside down house with balcony, to take advantage of the stunning estuary views! A short walk.takes you to the picturesque village of Shaldon with its many facilities, including pubs, restaurants, a coffee bar (with home-made cakes,) baker, butcher, chemist ,general store and post office. During the summer there is an annual Water Carnival and Regatta, as well as fishing and boat auctions. There are many beaches as well as a local foot ferry that operates between Shaldon and Teignmouth. The house has parking for 3 or 4 cars and a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the views.www.littleringmore.co.uk

Located beside the beautiful estuary with the hills beyond and behind the house, this is a heavenly spot. The spirit lifts as you enter the kitchen and see the spectacular views from all the upstairs windows. For privacy you can experience the pleasure of breakfast on the balcony , taking advantage of the south-facing views of the hills. or in the garden.All 3 double bedrooms have en-suite facilities and TV`s, and can accommodate a cot, or single bed, both available.New Vi-sprug mattress and Hypnos mattress are recent additions to enhance your comfort! The drawing room upstairs has TV with DVD and seats 6 in comfort.Free wi-fi is now available. There is ample parking in the garden for 3 cars.

We have stayed at many cottages and houses in shaldon ,little ringmore is by far the best!! Amazing views pure luxury!! Short walk to beautiful shaldon with its many pubs and resturants ,beach and ferry to teighmouth .
The house is beautiful inside ,we went in February and it was lovely and warm and cosy!would recommend for anytime of the year you won't be disappointed. -

When we arrived at Little Ringmore, after exploring the house and exclaiming over the comfort and thoughtful touches in every room, my 6 year old son turned to me and said" Mum, can we stay here forever?"
This sums up our stay in this delightful home in the quintessential English fishing village of Shaldon. We soaked up every minute of our week here. We explored Shaldon and shopped locally, chatting with the friendly local bakers and the butcher(who also stocks fruit and veg), caught the ferry (a fishing boat) across to Teignmouth (a 5 minute ride - if the ferry is not there just wave across to the other shore!), played in the great playground and enjoyed delicious snacks by the pier at Teignmouth, visited Exeter and exclaimed over the Roman Wall, caught Matins at the Cathedral (don't miss the choir) and wandered around the city. On returning home each day we enjoyed cooking in a kitchen that was beautifully organised so that we were not limited at all, as one often is when staying away.
Having talked of our excursions, I must say that the house was so comfortable it was quite hard to move from it once we'd arrived! We particularly loved the deluge shower in the main bedroom, and the bath in another bedroom.
Amanda made organising our stay particularly easy from so far away, and ensured that we were greeted and well looked after on our arrival.
I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing and reinvigorating stay on the Devon coast to look no further than Little Ringmore. Our time here was a wonderful finale to our European Oddysey and we would love to return one day.

This is our third time at Little Ringmore, and the new owners have kept up the high standards. The new bathroom is brilliant. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the location is excellent. It is certainly our favourite self catering in South Devon and we hope to return again.

We have stayed at numerous holiday rentals and this was by far the best. The property was very spacious and had everything we needed. The newly decorated bathrooms were very impressive. It is a real home from home.

Just returned from a fantastic week in the lovely village of Shaldon. A beautiful and well equipped house, with plenty of parking and stunning views over the estuary. It is well located for walking into Shaldon village or Teignmouth. We would highly recommend, and look forward to a return visit.
