We do have a minimum stay of 7 nights meaning that if you require 4 5 6 nights you still pay for seven However if client is willing to pay for the full clean and there laundry of apartment, a daily charge will be accepted.

We at charmingsharmapartments try our best to make clients stay as comfortable as possible and are honest in our approach. The apartment is what we advertise and not the resort and we believe at a very reasonable price. the resort is not finished which is stated on Flipkey and our personal website.Please note this is a returning client whom stayed earlier this year in apartment which indicates that there stay was enjoyable. Please other reviews of past clients.

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks and found it to be excellent value for money and sam the rep for Glene the owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment has everything you require to make your stay feel like home, bed is very comfortable too and the curtains are nice and dark too during the day, as sharm comes alive at night and late nights are everyday... We will be visiting this apartment again soon and know we have the security of a safe apartment due to 24 hour security, a lovely warm swimming pool, and all the amenties we need in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable.

Back home after, again, a wonderfull 2nd stay in the appartment!
Sam came to pick me up at the airport and was very helpfull and kind as allways! He arranged a very nice deal for us with a taxi driver for the week. If ever you need anything do not hesitate to contact him!
Arrived at the appartment i immediately noticed the nice changes, especially in the kitchen area! Realy good upgrade!
The calmness was again overwhelming and relaxing near the pool in the day great!
Security is very kind and the gardners very busy to keep everything tidy.
Leaving was as allways very difficult but as the appartment feels like a second home i'm defenitely coming back and very soon i hope!
A very recommandable appartment for a nice and relaxing stay in Sharm!

Hi everyone, we stayed at Glenno's apartment in Goldsharm in January. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.It was a bit cold at night as it was in January, some areas outside haven't been finished but that didn't bother us as we could still use the pool, security were always friendly and polite.We met Sam out there who was helpful and friendly. we would just like to say thank you, had a great birthday in Egypt. If your going to Sharm make sure you visit Emmy cafe in la Strada Nabq, had an excellent birthday party there the staff are great :)

We had a wonderfull stay at the appartement beginning of september. The app. is situated very central in Sharm to go and visit all the interresting spots ( Old Market,Soho,Hadaba etc)Allthough Naama Bay is very busy,here you can relax at the max cause it's so calm! In the evening on the terras the stary sky is amazing as well as the complete silence! Super to relax!
Evrything you need for a self catering holiday in Sharm is available in the app. Metro Market or a smaller local supermarket are nearby.
When days are too hot (like allways...)the swimming pool is a releaf!
Housekeepers Sam and his wife Rebecca are very helpfull at all times.
Our next stay will surely be here again!

if your thinking of staying in any aparment in gold sharm think again.
the complex is a building site. there is a swimming pool but it is next to a road and a generator going all the time.
glennes apartment is clean and tidy but not luxury.
the real problem is that it is not that the complex is just unbuilt it is dangerous.
there is no lighting, .the path to the apartment has wires and pipes stroon all across it
there is a 3 feet square manhole with no cover, wiring junctions boxs with doors broken off and wires hanging out. the block the apartment is in has cat poo everywere, light switch's not fitted dust and rubbish everywere.
i don't know how the other people who have stayed there could give this a positive review.
it took me 8 hours to find another apartment (delta sharm) which was fine.
i would have left sooner if i could.
the only positive thing i would say was the guy glenne arranged to pick me up (tony) was a very nice guy.
i did get a partial refund off of the owner but it took numerous emails.
finally i would like to say i feel very sorry for anyone who purchased a property here, it must be so dissapointing. but i think it unfair to pass your misfortune on to other unsuspecting holiday makers and ruin there holiday.

Goldsharm Residence is a new developement in sharm is still under going work. All the apartments are finished on the outside interior work is done when the apartments are Purchased. Landscaping and some patheways are yet to be finished leading towards the apartment, this has been addressed to the mangement of Goldsharm and we have been told that the work to patheways will be completed. All guests are advised about this on all advertising including our persanal website. We have reduced the rental price of this to compansate for the lack of facilities and area Landscaping.

This apartment is a very nice, spacious, clean apartment. The people that work in the resort are very nice and if u need some help they will do this immediatly. My husband is Egyptian and we found that the service for egyptian man with an European woman are not always this great. We really liked the way we were treated here. The apartment itself is lovely and has all the basic needs and more u can desire for a vacation home. Only problem we had was with the electricity that had the tendency to quit on us a lot, but this was probably due to the fact that the resort is not yet completly finished and men were working there.
Location is perfect! U are right in the middle of everything and that saves a lot of money on taxis. To bad only the resort was not ready yet so we couldn't enjoy the restaurant / supermarket etc. But the pool was fantastic :D
Owners of the flat are also very lovely and understanding people. Overall this was a great apartment for a very nice price and my husband and i have loved our stay here and will in future rent this again. I recommend this to everyone
