This apartment is very clean and bright and managed by an english company.
The apartment is the top floor of a block of six and is very Quiet.The Apartment does have some Balcony views of tiran island and the red sea, and also the added Bonus of a pool view to the side.
The back of our apartment has views of the Beautiful Sinai Mountains and the resorts main Large Pool.

Beautiful apartment, near to the airport and all the nice places in Sharm, Naama and Nabq.
Also a super large terrace roof to enjoy the views towards the sea and the mountains.
Several small swimming pools and one very large.
Everything is very clean and secure.
Owner is very helpful with everything and responding quickly to any answers.

We was picked up efficiently from the airport we was highly delighted when we arrived at the apartment the complex was beautiful we was escorted quickly upto our apartment and was very happy the apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything you could need very well equiped kitchen and great sitting area. we enjoyed sitting on the large balcony which had views out to the pool . There were five swimming pools at the complex we enjoyed swiming and sunbathing at the main pool it was very relaxing and peacful and lots of sunloungers unlike at some hotels . The apartment was close to nabq bay which is a very nice area we used to take the bus there everyday for eats and drinks and just to look around the shops.One night we just sat on the balcony and had a drink and played trivia pursuit which we found in the apartment we had a great time and loved the apartment definatly would go back .

"Glenne, thank you again for our stay in the apartment. we had an enjoyable and relaxing honeymoon! The weather in Egypt this time of year (November 2010) was amazing - although it was said they were having a heat wave! we enjoyed our time sat on the large balcony playing some of your board games! The bed was very comfortable and the apartment equipment with some handy extras eg snorkelling gear and towels. We found getting the blue minibuses - 'tut tuts' (to naama or nabq bay) very cheap and easy to flag down on the main road, and also used the resort minibus to take us to Sharks bay beach almost everyday, we loved it there relaxing on the sunbeds and snorkelling with some fantastic fish in the sea. we did the Ras Mohammed day trip also but the sea was very rough so there were several people sea sick - including myself :-( - would not recommend this trip unless you are a strong swimmer and keen snorkeller as that is the trip is for!Overall the apartment was comfortable, (pool was a little chilly!) and the people in the office helpful. Only downside is that we did not realise that we would have to get transport to go anywhere else, for food etc (ie too far to walk) so this did add up a bit.
Tip: do not go to the' sun rise aqua park' (next door to the resort) for food - it was expensive and not nice food.

The accomodation is located on the 3rd floor. This is excellent, as you have a good view of the sea from the Balcony, and the swimming pools from the front and rear. With the hot weather, It was ideal with the flat being at the top, because there was good airflow from front door to back balcony, so keeping us cool, especially at night; mosquities/nats were kept at bay with netting on all windows. The place has been well looked after, and the facilities work in there. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. On one occassion, we accidently switched the mains water tap off in the flat, and later thought it was a fault. We reported this, and really surpurised to see an immediate response to resolve the fault. The security is very good on site, and there are always people around the clock. The day tours are good; these can be booked one day before-hand. We went to Tirana island for Snorkeling, camel and quad bike ride.In the late afternoon, we would sunbathe or swim in anyone of the 5 pools. There was barbeque available near the main pool. Also there was basic grocery available in the main office; ideal on our lazy day, when we didn't feel like going shopping. This was our first time, but we will definitely go again, and recommend highly to other friends.

Thankyou for the rental of your beautiful apartment. It was everything I expected and more! We had a fantastic time and the pool and grounds were lovely. I had a good laugh reading the visitors book regarding the beds, I too became a victim one the first day nearly kneecapping myself! It was all in good fun. I was very impressed and am thinking about trying your other apartment in Naama Bay next year. Thankyou once again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was modern, clean and well maintained. Additionally the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. The complex itself if I remember correctly had five pools. The kids enjoyed swimming daily. We could see a water park from our balcony but unfortunately we didn't end up going there...hopefully next time. Glenne was very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. My biggest peace of advice is to make sure you have some sort of transportation plans set up before you get there...whether it's renting a car, public transportation or Egyptian Experience transportation. As of now there's a lot being built around the complex so I can't wait to visit again a year or two from now when everything is complete.

liked the area to the extent of buying a flat in the
resort. I wish they surface the dusty desert road

Excellent apartment in a wonderful part of the world
Glenne and Hailey’s apartment is a credit to both them and Egyptian Experience it is situated on an well cared for and maintained complex slightly off the beaten track but only a few minutes drive from the very up and coming area of Nabq that will become a major tourist resort in the next few years that will rival the likes of Gran Canarias and Tenerife but with guaranteed sunshine every day of the year.
The apartment has everything you would require with a modern kitchen including microwave oven incorporating a grill, four ring electric hob and oven, toaster, every type of pot an pan cutlery and utensil you could wish for.
The Apartment has nice well built furniture TV, DVD, and satellite TV. The beds in both bedrooms have excellent comfy mattresses’ and good sized wardrobes. The bathroom included both a bath and powerful shower.
The views from both the balcony and the roof top terrace are excellent and although some buildings are likely to be built in the future they will only improve the resort and never block the view of the sea and Tiran Island.
If your looking for a high quality apartment that is tastefully decorated with loads of information on the area that quickly becomes a home from home then this is the place to book. I would have no problem recommending this apartment and complex to anyone and my wife Diane and I are seriously considering buying or own apartment based on our stay at Glenne & Haileys.

Where do I start....
Hayley and Glenne,
What a wonderful appartment you have, modern,very clean, comfortable beds - very important, great shower, all within a lovely complex, makes a fantastic place to relax and unwind in. Also the appartment has everything that you need, you have thought about everything. Home from home.
Spectacular views from the large terrance which leads off the lounge, ideal for watching the sun set in the evenings.
There are five pools to the complex, so you can take your pick.
Shops and resturants only 5 mins away, there is also a shop within the complex that is well stocked should you need it.
We are already planning a further trip to your luxury appartment for May 2010

Hi there, we stayed here and had a fabulous time.
The air conditioning (an essential at this time of
year) was superb and the balcony to was wonderful
being in the shade a good deal of the time was
comfortable to sit on throughout the day. The site
facilities i.e pools, snack bar (try their vanilla
milkshake) and shop were great to lounge around and
in. Also the resident taxi driver was a bonus too.
The living accommodation was functional with most
things provided that you would need (including some
snorkelling gear - wish I'd known that before I
packed all ours). We didn't have much luck with
the satellite TV, so the DVD collection there and
games were a plus. The shower is great and the
ability to produce small homely breakfasts was
appreciated instead of those massive ones the
hotels supply (although you can order a cooked
breakfast to be delivered up to you from the pool
snack-bar should you wish). The site staff were
wonderful and attentive carrying our luggage up for
us (and it is on the third floor). One of the draw
backs is the use of sewerage to water the plants
with - it can smell at times a bit ripe, but this
seems common practice with the hotels nearby too!
Whilst the complex is lovely and pretty, the
surrounding area still needs to landscaped too
hence immediate views are a bit grim but the far
view of Tiran Island, the ship wreck and the
shipping lanes is wonderful. We never made it to
the nearest beach opposite - walking in this heat
is difficult, but we would recommend Sharks Bay,
just a short taxi ride away where they also have
all the facilities you could possibly need and you
can snorkel around the reef and see the fishes
since the reef comes right up to the beach here.
One advantage of being on the third floor is that
its not so far to go to the roof patio and my
husband took some fantastic photos from up here
too. A good holiday but for us a visit back would
need to be at a cooler time of the y -

We enjoyed very much our staying in Glenne and Hayleys appartement. We had wonderful clean rooms, everything you can wish from a appartment. The bathroom was clean and european standard. The kitchen have everything to make great meals. The bedrooms were both clean and we had enough fresh dishes. We enjoyed to stay on the balcony so much as in the living room when its getting colder in the evening. Its very silent and few over the red sea was great. You only need 10 min. to the shopping center or shisa-bars. You can make long walks and enjoy one of the clean and beautiful pools.
The home ist one of the most perfect appartment in Sharm. Glenne and Hayley Baxter are great, friendly and help very much to enjoy your vacation.
All I can say: Take a appartment form Baxters and you will have a wonderful and perfect vacation.

myself, my partner and my 10 year old daughter stayed in this apartment for 18 days.
I know sharm very well. I can't fault the apartment,it really is a lovly place.
There is everything in the apartment to make it feel like home. It really was spacious too, plenty of room and very modern. everything worked very good, and my daughter was more than happy with the dvd player.
The swimming pools are also excellent.
My only complaint is that an electric bill was slapped on me on departure, i wouldnt mind that so much but i was absolutely shocked at high it was. It was the end of the holiday and they asked me to pay over £150. not having that kind of money left, I had to use a cheque from my uncle (an emergancy one he left me). What I was so shocked about was that the electric was so high, much more than at home!!!. so it ended the holiday on a very frustrating note having feeling embarrased and desperate in front of the staff there and tryin to come up with the money. I was aware i had to pay for electric but i had no idea it would have been this much money. that's my only complaint.
If something was organised regarding this electric on leavning, then it would be the perfect holiday. and i would recommend the apartment to anyone. Just double double check the price you will be paying for this electric before booking
