i was moved to a smaller house which was still nice but the 5th room was located away from the house. Also no game roome

Due to safety issues and the comfort of your stay, our maintenance department felt it was necessary to move you to another property because of plumbing issues and freezing pipes. Our commitment is to have every property we manage thoroughly inspected and re-inspected prior to each guest arrival. On the positive side, the home was decorated nicely.
On the down side, the home did not supply enough hot water to even take a bath, every shower taken ended cold. It was very dusty and trash was left in home for who knows how long, carpet was dirty. I could just go on but I think that enough has been said.
I have never experience this in a luxury rental, and we do a few every year. Needless to say I was disappointed.

The owners of this luxury property take a lot of pride in the ownership and extra care in making everyone's stay pleasant. Unfortunately, showers sometimes can be difficult taken back to back with a property that sleeps up to 10 people. Never the less, there is no excuse on the carpet being dirty and trash being left behind. We will be forwarding this survey to our owners to review. Taft, CAA glorious relaxing week with our family reenergized us all.

The mountainous surroundings were lovely. The house itself provided more that we expected for our week's vacation. There was adequate space for everyone and more than enough pantry space for groceries and food. We especially enjoyed the fire pit for roasting marshmellows with the grandchildren and telling stories in the moonlight. Looking forward to next year already.

We loved Bretz mountain. It was a great place for a family getaway. We used
all five bedrooms and filled the house with family. The SLVR group was great
and took care of us, including shoveling the driveway and deck from all the
snow! We would stay here again for sure!
