WIRELESS INTERNET / PET FRIENDLY This cute, single-level cabin is nestled in the quiet and woodsy Sierra Cedars area, close to a serene pond. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open, making this a great cabin for a family (there is a crib) or friends on a mountain vacation. Property features a hide-a-bed in the living room that folds out to a double.
You can relax outside on the deck among the trees and listen to the birds, or sit inside the comfortable living room, which has a woodstove and a DVD player. 21" TV. Firewood is provided for the guest.

Comfortable place to sleep. Old appliances (don't plan on using the washer/dryer!). Old carpet & decor. Only 1 old tv. Very small shower. Wouldn't want to hang out here all day.

McNeely's is pretty cool! Nice living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Extremely love the armchair in the living room. The price is reasonable. It is really a good choice if you want to spend some time to enjoy Shaver Lake or go hiking in Yosemite - only two and a half hours driving. Some suggestions here: 1) only one big saucepan is provided; so more medium-size saucepans are necessary to be prepared; 2) the fireplace did not work very well and the problem might be that the log was too large.

A little stuffy - poor circulation of air in the house made for stuffy noses. But nice clean and functional. Perfect for flour nit six.

Cozy place, could easily sleep 8 in beds. But hot water didn't last a whole shower, or fill bathtub, and dryer took two cycles to dry clothes. A hot shower for each person in the morning or after being in the snow is sort of important.
However, the price was good, the cabin is cozy, and being able to sit around the table and play board games and cook a Thanksgiving ham in the oven with snow out the back porch made for a wonderful holiday with memories of sledding and skiing and the beautiful Shaver Lake/China Peak area. -

House was quaint, amongst great trees, peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean and well stocked. Location wasn't too far from town, I'd definitely rent here again.

A nice, friendly cabin, with all you may need for a confortable vaccantion, in a wooden area of Shaveer lake, far from noise and hussle but close enough to get anything you might want.
I loved the feeling of being home away from home.
