Working with Shaver Lake Rentals was amazingly easy. They were incredibly helpful and willing to answer all my questions. The Walt Cabin was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We took a large group of 16 year old kids, and they had an amazing time. The upstairs was a perfect "hangout". The snowy mountain behind the house was the perfect place for them to have some snow fun. Personally, I spent alot of time in the kitchen cooking for the kids, and it was very nice. There is not one thing I did not enjoy about the cabin.

It was a nice cabin. It was a great size cabin, quiet and roomie. It needed a bit of cleaning n the g.uest shower and the tub was slippery. All in all it had a good feel and was quite comforting.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and do this one more time. The cabinet was nice and clean. Our driving distance to town and Shaver lake was just miles away. We felt rigfht at home.

Overall the stay was fine. Though there is a 2 car garage, you do not have access to it and there are many closets locked which makes it hard to put your things away. It was hard to have only 2 bathrooms with the allowed amount of people. The cabin was fairly clean but dusty.

Walt CabinGreat Visit to a Snowy December Cabin

We put 12 family members in a cabin for four and a half days just after Christmas. This might have been a recipe for stress and conflict, but the cabin was spacious, the falling snow beautiful and the outdoor activities great. The cabin is near enough to woods and streams that snow fort building and snowball fights were daily events.
