This semi detached cottage is located in the hamlet of Duntish near to Sherborne and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Brook’s Cottage is a semi detached barn conversion in the hamlet of Duntish just nine miles from Sherborne in Dorset. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a private courtyard and shared use of gardens with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Brook’s Cottage can sleep a total of six people i...n the glorious North Dorset countryside.

Double electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (1 with Freeview), DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Shared front patio with furniture and lawned area with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  3 single ladies on a short break in Dorset in January. This cottage was ideal, very well appointed with all essentials for a short stay. Central heating, 1 double room and 1 twin room. Bathroom upstairs, plus downstairs loo. Good off road parking. Centrally located for touring the county. The cottage is close to the road, one is aware of traffic passing, but it was quiet at night.
