This terraced cottage is situated in the seaside resort of Sheringham and sleeps seven people in two bedrooms. Waterdown is a flint faced, terraced cottage in the seaside town of Sheringham. This cottage sleeps seven people and has two bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, both of which can be made up as a king-size double or a twin and both with en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with double sofa bed, folding bed and conservatory. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

welcome pack wonderful never received one like it before.The house was spotless and very up to date.Fresh flowers in every room ,lots of room to move around,nice size kitchen.Sea and shops less than 2mins away plenty of take aways close by.We had an excellent holiday the only downfall is the parking space very hard to get in and out no space to turn.

when we opened the door of the cottage we knew we would have a lovely holiday .the cottage had a lovely feeing about it the flowers the the lounge the bowl of biscuits on the coffee table and when we went into the kitchen the welcome what such a surprise we had ,there was so much wonderful things to eat and drink.the flowers in the bedrooms what a lovely touch.I shall never forget my holiday at Waterdown we were so happy there. Thank-you everyone who made this holiday possible.
