You have done a great job upgrading the lower level. All of the new appliances were high end and nice. The grill is a nice extra ESP on a warm day. Quiet area even with the tee area off the back porch. Need instructions for DVD and TV. Hope to return soon.

The rental company was very helpful and the place was awesome. The complex pool is better than the Sonesta accross the road if your kids just want to swim. The kitchen tools and pans in the unit are cheap and hard to do any serious cooking with but the grill is great. We plan to come back.

Had a great time. Only problem we experienced was i think racoons. may have been cats. something kept getting into the garbage. even after i placed a rock on top of the can the varmits still were successful.
the family did have a great time and we plan a return trip. this time were hoping to get a place at tennis masters. sometime in sept.
