Perfect location if you want somewhere that is quiet and with a bit of space to spread out, but within easy walking distance of the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a small grocery store barely 2 minutes walk away. The house is well equipped, and clean and tidy, and the owners are delightful to deal with. The second bedroom isn't huge, and the shower is downstairs, but then it is a Victorian terraced house - if all you need is a base for exploring and a place to crash at the end of a day out, this isn't a problem - the kitchen/dining area and sitting room are comfortable and more than adequate. We really liked it and would come again.

Lovely, well equipped cottage. Very comfy double bed! Great for access to beautiful town centre of Shrewsbury by foot. Lovely river walk + castle + train station on the way into town. Loads of history, fantastic market (lots of french food for some reason, yummy cheese anyway!) and great for shopping- literally any high street store you can think of!
I would say it is fairly baby friendly as well, we didn't have any trouble with our 4 months old boy (you have to bring your own travel cot, bouncy or high chair too).
All in all a lovely stay, hopefully will come back again soon.
P.S. A bottle of cava and chocolate sweets on the arrival was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed them. Thank you x
