With enough room to comfortably house couples, families or small groups our property makes for an ideal alternative to a Hotel.

“Fantastic accommodation in a very special location”

We felt very privileged to be able to stay in this incredible 400 year old building which was beautifully appointed and offered everything you could possibly want- even a huge picnic basket and umbrellas to cope with the vagaries of the British weather! Shrewsbury constantly surprised us as we explored its streets and “shutts”- its so well preserved and unspoilt that in some places it was like being on a film set. We loved all the independent shops, the fantastic park, the Dingle and the beautiful river walk. Everyone we spoke to was so welcoming and obviously proud of Shrewsbury- we’re planning our next visit already!
