The Hem is a first floor apartment situated near to the rural village of Alberbury, nine miles from Shrewsbury. This cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom. The cottage also has a shower room and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and shared use of the owners' lawned garden. The Hem is an ideal retreat for a couple.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  The accommadation is in the roof of the bungalow but has been very well designed and furnished to a high standard. We both enjoyed our experience there. We went walking around the local area and found plenty of places to visit or walk in. We would recommend The Hem to any one.
