I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Topnotch all the way. Joy was very helpful and gracious, as were her parents, who lived in the adjoining apartment on the other side of the terrace. I felt it was a little pricey, but given the location, well worth it. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. It was roomy, well-appointed and very comfortable. We especially loved the terrace ... a lovely spot for coffee, lunch or just relaxing with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen was small, but worked quite well for us. We were amazed at the location ... just steps away from the duomo, Internet service, great shops and restaurants and the great piazza! Perfect! The downside was the electricity that went out twice. We're thinking faulty wiring in the bathroom was the cause. The worst part was not having our morning espresso! Hopefully, that has been repaired.

A friend and I stayed at appartamento Dionigi for a full week and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and location. The family who manages the unit is eager to please and very available to help. The apartment was well supplied with towels, linens, kitchen cloths and napkins and all the utensils, glasses, cups, bowls and plates we needed to make it our home-for-a-week. But by far, the most wonderful bonus was the lovely garden and patio to relax in. Location is superb with fruit & vegetable stand and market a few doors down. We were able to really become part of the neighborhood!
