Located in a wonderful position west of Siena, reached by a winding road through chestnut forests, stands the tiny hamlet of Villa Torre. On a grassy hillside enjoying breathtaking views over the wooden hills around Siena, stands this imposing stone building transformed into a beautifully restored and comfortably furnished villa consisting of three independent apartments with shared use of the swimming pool (open May 1 - September 30). The property consists of a main house, once a tower dating back to the 13th century, now divided into three apartments for... guests, and an adjacent barn where the owners live. The apartments are restored to a very high standard, retaining all possible original features such as beamed ceilings and they are tastefully furnished with a nice combination of antiques and modern style pieces. The property also consists of a panoramic terraced garden and a pleasing, irregular-shaped swimming pool. The sun terrace by the pool is furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for dining out. Surrounding the hamlet are 25 acres of private woodland and tracks ideal for jogging and nature walks. Breakfast and Tuscan dinners on request to be booked in advance.

Available upon request at additional cost: Breakfast (5 euro/per person) and Tuscan dinners (20-30 euro/per person depending on menu), heating, extra beds (10 euro/night), washing machine The three apartments share the entrance and the modern internal staircase, which leads up to the first floor of the tower where Apartment 1 (100 sqm) is located. This apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, stove, small electric oven) and a satellite TV. A French door from the living room leads to the covered loggia shared with Apartment 2. From the Loggia a flight of stairs leads down to the spacious garden. There are two double rooms with queen size beds (two twins on request) each with its own ensuite shower bathroom.

Also on the first floor there is Apartment 2 (75 sqm) consisting of a living room with a kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, stove, small electric oven). A French door from the living room leads to the covered loggia shared with Apartment 1. From the Loggia a flight of stairs leads down to the garden. There is a small media room on the mezzanine floor with satellite TV and a very spacious triple bedroom (with a queen bed - two twins on request - and a single bed) and ensuite shower bathroom.

On the second floor of the tower is located Apartment 3 (70 sqm), which consists of a living room with kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, stove, small electric oven) and satellite TV; double bedroom (twin on request) and ensuite shower bathroom.
