Casa Prospero C is a welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps five people. From Casa Prospero C you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Prospero C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Iesa Palazzo , where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Casa Prospero C is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.

The Casa Prospero Apartments are part of an old hamlet dating back to the seventeenth century. The hamlet was once used as a shelter for the shepherds and the farmers who worked in the properties. The hamlet is made by several rural homes that, although they have all been renovated, preserve the typical character of the old walled country houses.
The hamlet is located in a beautiful position, surrounded by the greenery, with a splendid view on Mount Amiata and the Ombrone Valley.
In the farmhouse you will find an infinity pool, a football pitch, a volley court and you will be able to play archery, table-tennis and billiards.
The hamlet belongs to a large farm which occupies about 1300 hectares of land. Located in the Basso Merse Oasis, the farm is surrounded by the green Sienese hills. There are several farmouses in this large farm, five of which have been renovated and have now become holiday homes.
While staying in the farm, you might come across a few species of wild animals like: wild boars, deers, foxes, porcupines, roes who go to drink in the river Farma or in the river Merse, flowing in these lands.
In the farm, you will also find a restaurant, a church dedicated to Saint Philip and Saint James, riding stables where you can rent a horse for beautiful tours and an office where you can rent bikes.
Walking up along River Farma you could reach the natural baths of Petriolo where you can relax in therapeutic waters.
In the farm, about 750 hecatres of land are used as a shooting ground. There are also some fenced areas where some local vanishing species are bred in the wild such as the Maremmana cows, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremmana Boars. In the restaurant of the farm, you will be able to taste traditional dishes made with the meat deriving from these breeding.
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a stairway which consists of approximately ten steps. The pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 21 meters (70 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a gorgeous view of the Valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with a table and chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
In the garden there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside.
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing 13 steps. This room has no door. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
