An exclusive villa of 125sqm., on 2 floors, surrounded by a private garden of 100 sqm in Siena.
The ground floor is an open space made up of a lounge with fireplace and 3 sofa (of which one is a comfortable sofa bed), a dining area, a kitchen with dish washer and oven, a bathroom with tub, and a small laundry.
Upstairs with its travertine staircase we discover a second lounge with double bed settee which leads to 2 magnificent double bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower and a small studio. The 1st floor has parquet flooring and wood beam ceilings.

By car: from the north - Motorway A1 exit Firenze-Impruneta, follow signs direction Siena taking the superstrada il Palio Firenze-Siena and exit at Siena Sud (approx. 60 km from Firenze-Impruneta). At the first stop sign turn left, after 200 mt at the roundabout turn right direction Porta Tufi. Follow on the Massetana Romana road for 300 mt, then turn left entering the Strada dei Tufi (follow signs Porta Tufi and parking Il Campo). You will find me 200 mt after on the left, where you will be free to park your car in our private area.
From the south: Motorway A1 exit Bettolle-Valdichiana, take the four-lane superstrada direction Siena. After about 50 km take the Siena by-pass direction Firenze and exit immediately at Siena Sud. At the first stop turn left, after about 200 mt at the roundabout turn right following signs Porta Tufi. Follow on the Massetana Romana road for 300 mt, then turn left entering the Strada dei Tufi (follow signs Porta Tufi and parking Il Campo). You will find us 200 mt after on the left, where you will be free to park your car in our private area.
From Pisa Airport: Take S.G.C superstrada Livorno-Firenze direction Firenze and exit at Ginestra Fiorentina. Follow for Cerbaia and San Casciano, the signs “Siena via Superstrada”. At San Casciano enter the superstrada il Palio Firenze-Siena direction Siena and then follow route as above.
By plane: nearest airports are Firenze (60 km) and Pisa (150 km).
From “Amerigo Vespucci” Airport of Florence: Shuttle bus to Florence train station Santa Maria Novella every 45 minutes. From here either by train to Siena (change at Empoli, 1h 30min), or by Sita bus-line (bus station in front of the train station Santa Maria Novella, rapid line 1h 15min or direct line 1h 35min).
From “Galileo Galilei” Airport of Pisa: Train S.p.a. daily links the airport to Siena by bus. Leaving the airport, these are the main stops: Airport-Poggibonsi-Siena (P.Gramsci). Tickets can be bought at the information office inside the airport.

I cannot recommended staying here enough, it was one of the highlights of Siena for me. This is a beautiful and well appointed villa, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, great views from the windows, light and big.
Cristina was an exceptional hostess and her brother Claudio and parents very warm and friendly. We loved Siena and enjoyed walking into the city (about 20 minutes each way) each day - otherwise the bus is right opposite the villa and takes only a few minutes to reach Piazza Postierla in the centre of the walled city.
Claudio and Cristina run this so professionally and helped us with maps, bus tickets, booking good restaurants, and advice on the areas outside of Siena.
I hope to return to this villa and Siena again one day and look forward to seeing Cristina and Claudio again.
