Description from the manager
Approached by a cypress avenue beyond a 400m. well maintained track, this much loved stone and glass villa is in a wonderful position, on its own little hilltop in the middle of the owner's extensive estate. With 160 hectares of surrounding land, with lawns, gardens and trees, the house commands panoramic views of classic unspoiled Tuscan landscape. Dotted with castles, villages, farmhouses and vineyards the views fold away forever. This prestigious modernist house was designed in a manner reminiscent of Richard Neutra for the Italian-American owner 40 years ago. The house faces west and enjoys unforgettable sunsets from inside and outside. T...Read more

What Past Guests Are Saying
Frank Lloyd Wright in Style
It was beautiful! The owner had left dinner ready to
eat on our arrival. Two biplanes flew in over the
valley as we ate and did loop the loop acrobatics in
the valley in front of us. I said Happy Birthday to my
wife as if I had hired them.
The house is magnificent in 1960's modern American
style. More than we could have hoped for, it was
filled with the owners books (mostly fine art - first
run prints of Jackson Pollock) and movies.
The pool kept us all cool and exercised
(14x8meters). Sienna is close enough for adventure
as is Florence.
A great time was had by all seven of us.
Fabulous Stay in Tuscany
What can I say - there were 9 of us and we all had a Wonderful time! We enjoyed the owners who cooked beautiful meals for us 3 times. They brought wine and apertifs from their own winery and it was delicious. They cooked using olive oil from their "farm".
They shared their insights of the area - reserved tickets for us, helped us book train trips to Venice and Rome, etc., etc.
We were there 2 weeks and it went way too fast. We would love to go back!!
