We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and received a much needed rest. We walked and sat on the beautiful beach each day and swimmed in the heated pool in the evenings. Our accomodations were lovely and comfortable for two couples. Our friends had stayed at Siesta Keys Village before and that was just a couple of miles down the road. We definitely will be back!

My wife and I (54 years)had stayed in the Siesta Key Village area a few years back and that is where I wanted to go when we started looking for a place to book. Because we couldn't find any accomodations that looked appealing we decided to go try the unknown and booked this condo. How happy we are there was nothing available in Siesta Village and how happy we were to be here. Check in was fast, efficient and helpful. The staff was really friendly. My wife forgot her hair dryer and they lent her a new one for the stay. They suggested places to eat, shop and the easiest way to get around. The condo was beautifully laid out, well equipped and very clean. Access to the beach took about 3 minutes from our 2nd floor room, including getting on the elevator and walking out to the beach. The beach is the selling point for the entire area but, this beach in particular was spectacular. The white sand never gets hot and the condo provides lounge chairs for use. The picture in the ad is spot on and is now on my PC with me and my wife standing between the palms. The best aspect of the condo is the roof top deck where about 20 residents would meet around Happy Hour for a few cocktails. An older gent had an airhorn that he'd blow each evening as the sun went down to celebrate another day at Siesta key. I suure hope he's still around when we go back next year.

You are so sweet to write such a wonderful review, thank you so much! Besides enjoying the incredible beach, I am very happy you ventured up to the roof top deck. It is definitely "the place to be" at sunset. We have had more fun and made many friends while watching the sun go down. I have yet to see the green flash though which "Airhorn Bob" speaks of. Since your stay, I installed beautiful granite counter tops and a Dacor stove in the kitchen and plantation shutters in the master and guest bedrooms. If you find yourself back in Unit 210 at House of the Sun on Siesta Key, I think you will approve! I truly appreciate your kind words and also for taking the precious time to write them. What a great condo, especially for the price! After a few years of visiting Siesta Key, we finally decided to do it right and rent a furnished condo for our stay. What a great decision! The condo has a newly remodeled kitchen, baths and the decor was tastefully coastal! Views of the gulf can be seen from the balcony enticing you to come and get your feet in the best sand in the world or taking a refreshing dip! This side of Siesta Key is even more laid back with some shopping and restaurants within walking distance. This condo is great for couples, parents with teenagers or young kids. Crescent beach is the best beach, hands down! The other great thing about this part of the island is that it is s typically not too crowded. The sand is cool to the touch and under foot, makes great sand sculptures if you're so inclined, and will make you compare it to any other beach you go to forever. If you're looking to relax, this is the place to visit and the condo to stay in. See my tips below for some more insiders info- Enjoy!

You are right, Crescent Beach is the "Best Beach" and I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to spend so much time on it during my life. There is nothing better than running your toes in the cool powdery sand while listening to the waves along the shore on a hot summer day. I sincerely hope you decide to stay on Siesta Key again in the near future. It is a wonderfully relaxing place to be!
P.S. I loved your "See my tips below" section and couldn't agree more. The bananas foster at Javiers is absolutely delicious and the perfect end to a great meal. I also appreciate being able to walk across the street and find myself being entertained by live bands! Ahhh, island life!

We totally relaxed on this vacation--beautiful, comfortable condo; fantastic beach; wonderful restaurants; St. Armand shopping; Mote Marina; evening dancing & entertainment possibilities--couldn't ask for more.

I am happy to say I renovated the kitchen in July and added granite countertops, a Dacor Range, microwave oven and 3 cream leather bar stools. It looks absolutely beautiful!
