Family friendly, this turnkey condo is stocked with beach toys, towels & rolling cart, rafts, tennis racquets, board games, puzzles, toys, upper end bed linens and more. Free wireless internet is provided and y...ou can pack lighter too as there is a full sized washer & dryer in the unit!

Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is a 6th floor corner condo directly off the elevator with no visual obstructions to the ocean, beach, sunset, island or downtown Sarasota. Each floor has only 4 units, only 28 units total in the complex. Spacious and comfortable, this lovely condo is 1200 square feet with views from every window!

The water is clear & warm and the cool sand is as white as powdered sugar. Not only are you right at the beach, you can also take a short walk, either by beach or sidewalk, to Siesta Village where you will find an eclectic mix of entertainment, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Don't miss the circle of drums on the beach Sunday at sunset!

  The whole experience at the Our House at the Beach was excellent. Easy to find, great check in procedures, excellent living conditions, a pleasant walk to the beach everyday, and a great eating area by the pool. The beach equipment was broken so we were lucky we had our own chairs and umberellas to use. Close to the village and restaurants.

  The location was great. We walked the beach daily, even when we went into the village we went via the white cool sands. One of our most enjoyable vacations, although two weeks would have been nicer, next time. Condo was nice, views gorgeous. Staff friendly and pool refreshing. We couldn't ask for more.

  It was better than expected

  This was our first time renting a private place and were a little hesitant. The condo was fabulous. Everything we could possibly need (other than food) was there for us to use. There was a view of the Gulf of Mexico from one balcony and the pool from the other. It was a short walk to Siesta Beach and a short drive into the village for dinner every night. We rented a jet ski from a business located just a few minutes from the condo. The building was extremely quiet. The only thing we ever heard was the occasional "ding" of the elevator! We would definitely stay there again.

  Accomodation was excellent. The condo had everything you needed for the kitchen plus all kinds of accessories that could be taken to the beach (had it been warmer). The view from either balcony was terrific. Would highly reccomend this place. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Your office staff were very helpful & professional.
