Exceptional, updated décor. Set up worked very well for 6 of us. My wife and I have 2 small children, we slept in master that has 2 queens. My wife's parents slept is second bedroom.
First floor unit was great. Easy access to pool and beach walk. Pool was very nice, clean, warm.
I cannot say enough about the exceptional beach and sunsets...amazing. -

My husband and I stayed at Jeanne's condo for the first time May 4th-May 11th. We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfectly located near the pool and beach. Not far to go to either which was heaven. The condo itself is beautiful and fully stocked for anything needed to cook, store and have any food or meals you may want. Obviously the beach is beautiful, but the resort is as well. So well kept and beautifully landscaped. Security is around, but not obvious. We needed nothing, but I'm sure if you needed it would be done efficiently. We have never been more relaxed. The resort is so peaceful. The pool is the best we have have ever swam in. Plenty, plenty of chairs everywhere, pool and beachside and Jeanne supplies tons of towels. I used the brand new washing machine and dryer two steps out my door when needed. Just bring quarters, there is no change maker and the local bank would not give them to my husband w/out an account. There are great places to eat a short drive to the village, as well as music every night. Does'nt cost alot to sit somewhere, have ice cream and listen to the tunes. I would highly recommend this resort and this condo to anyone with or w/out children. They also offer free, yes free rides to the village if you want to party a little and be safe which I thought was such a great idea. The sunrises and sunsets are to die for and we saw many dolphins each am!!! Great vacation!!!

We have stayed in this condo three years in a row and hope to come back again. The condo itself is nicely appointed and has everything you could want or need. We love being on the ground floor so that we can just walk out and enjoy the weather and the patio. The condo complex is well kept and has a great pool and deck area. You are close enough to the village to get there quickly for shopping and restaurants but far enough away to not have the crowds/noise/congestion.

This is a beautiful place, property kept very well. We enjoyed the face it was so close to the beach and had a wonderful pool and hot tub. Convenvient to shops and restruants. There were four of us and we had a great time.

Unit was beautiful appointed, clean and well cared for. Complex had a beautiful pool and hot tub. The soft sands of the beach were just steps away. We saw the most beautiful sunset we have every seen and the sun set over the water.

Family stayed for week beginning on 8/13/12. Liked the condo inside and out. Was clean and had all the ammenities you could expect for a rental condo. Location was quite nice being first floor and close to the complex's pool. Grounds were well cared for. Restaurants were a short drive. Found Siesta Key to be a nice area. Well suited for tourism but more casual and quaint compared to more frequented FL costal cities. Beach is exceptional.

We stayed in this condo 6/8/12 - 6/16/12. There were two grandparents, two parents, and two kids. We had a great time. Jeanne answered all our questions and was so accommodating! Checking in and checking out of the condo was a breeze. These owners think of everything ahead of time so you don't have to worry about it! They make the experience very easy and worry-free. No hassles here whatsoever.
The condo is very nice, comfortable and clean. Everything is in working order and easy to use. Nice tile in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, and very nice, newer carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might think to use. The beds and furniture are new and comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone. We loved the screened in porch as well- a great place to keep all your wet or sandy beach/pool items without dragging them into the house.
The location on Siesta Key is ideal. This beach is so beautiful. Even though there are a lot of people there, it never seems crowded. The condo is just steps away from the pool- a very nice saltwater pool- and a bit further from the beach- maybe a 3-minute walk- though you don't have to cross the street, which is nice. I only wish this condo had its own washer/dryer, but there is one located very close to it by the elevator (quite a small load capacity, though).
I would recommend this condo to anyone taking a trip to Siesta Key! -

The condo was excellently appointed and convenient. Beach was beautiful (number one in the U.S.). The owner had "thought of everything"; we did not lack for any appliances or kitchen tools. Keypad access made for easy access with no lost keys. Condo was clean and furniture was comfortable. It was like being in a luxury hotel, only better--much larger than a hotel room, with room to stretch out. Parking was convenient and covered!

My two stepdaughters and I had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Siesta Dunes. Always said we would like to return to Siesta Key after a short visit a few years ago and we were not disappointed. Weather was brilliant, white beach amazing, apartment was the best I have stayed in and Jeanne was a pleasure to deal with. Would love to return there in the future.

If you are looking for total comfort, a beautiful place to relax between trips to the pool or the beach,come here. The view of the beach, the beautiful sunsets, and sometimes even dolphins, will relax your body and mind. We have stayed in this unit several times during the past ten years and have always gone home refreshed. The owners are meticulous about taking care of details and respond quickly to any questions.
You will meet friendly people at the salt water pool or while grilling dinner on the gazebo. The lush grounds are well maintained and the clubhouse provides coffee, a lending library, and a huge big-screen tv.
This unit provides excellent value for your vacation dollar. Enjoy!

I recommend this condo for it's clean, tastefully decorated, better than home quality. The owners, I can tell, renovated this condo with love & our families in mind!
If I had stayed for a week or longer, the only thing I'd really need would be a washer & dryer.
I suggest you look into staying here real soon!!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed including an assortment of items for us to use on the beach. The pool and hot tub were right outside our unit and the beach was just a short walk. The entire property was kept in excellent condition and there were security people that patrolled the grounds all the time. Communication with Jeanne was easy and our deposit was refunded promptly after our stay. A beautiful quiet beach, sparkling clean condo and family friendly safe property is the best way to describe it. We will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The condo, the grounds, the beach. All more than we hoped for. Very tastefully decorated with everything we needed and then some. Very well taken care of also. The beach has such awesome sand. So soft and it never gets hot. Also Jeanne is wonderful to work with and my husband and I are already thinking of coming back by ourselves for a relaxing stay some winter.

This was a very nice condo that we found online. Jeanne was very friendly and helpful with booking thru her. Also extreemly fast at returning our deposit ( now I can pay some gas bills). We did recieve the Siesta Keys info but not until after we were home, so it would have been helpful to send it out earlier.
The condo was well stocked but could use some replacement items. It could use a large umbrella,another clothes dryer rack and a new blender.
The front main screen doors are in need of replacement.
We did have 2 black snakes go across the front grass, so be on the look out. According to security they are good snakes and will run from you but it scared my daughter not expecting to see snakes underfoot.
Yes I did find several quilt shops.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate feedback and are always eager to improve any area that might increase the quality and comfort of our unit. After communicating with you, I understand the delayed info you needed was requested from another party not related to our condo. We will certainly take into consideration a larger umbrella and have already ordered a replacement blender tub. The screen doors were repaired as soon as we learned of the problem. I'm sorry we can do nothing about snakes in FL. They are just part of the landscape along the coast. Again, thank you for reviewing our property.

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen, as we ate a lot of our meals there instead of going out. Very nicely furnished and plenty of room for our family of 3. It was great to walk right out to the pool. First floor location made it really easy to come and go.
The condo complex was very nicely maintained and definitely one of the nicest on the key. We loved the beach and pool- always plenty of chairs, never too crowded. The pool was nicely heated and saltwater (so much nicer than chlorine). We loved the overall location too. We hope to be able to go back again. -

I stayed here for spring break with my children from ages 4 months to 17 years. The pool was the best, right outside the condo. The beach was by far the best I have ever been to!! We loved our stay here!! Jeanne is a pleasure to deal with. Everything was smooth from check to leaving!! Would highly recommend Siesta Dunes and Jeanne to anyone who wants a fabulous vacation!! This vacation was very relaxing. We love Siesta Key in March because of the perfect weather; warm but not humid and the wonderful beaches; powder-like sand that never gets hot. This complex is one of the few that has a pool on the beach side. The heated pool was a perfect temperature. This condo was nice and clean and very comfortable. All supplies necessary for cooking in the condo were provided. (No laundry facilities in condo - bring lots of quarters). The condo could use some updating but overall it was very nice.

There's always a risk when you make reservations via the Internet without seeing the space in person. This time however, my husband and I were not disappointed in our selection. And working with the owner made the whole experience that much more positive. Their Condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and the bonus was the few steps away to a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear Gulf waters. It really doesn't get any better than this! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, this is a definite 10!

Everything was above expectations. The condo and beach location were perfect. The sand is very unique and to describe it would not not be possible, you need to feel it for yourself. As an added x-tra, we had a manatee experience while swimming in the gulf directly in front of the condo. A memerable experience, to say the least.

I traveled with my husband, two children and my parents. We had reservations in PCB, Fl. and ended up canceling in time because of the oil showing up on the beaches... Searched all over the net for just the right vacation spot, boy did we find it in Siesta Key, Fl. at Seista Dunes. This condo exceeded my expectations... One of my concerns was that there was no W/D in the unit, and believe me with children we thought that might be a problem. But to my suprise...it was not a problem at all, just foot steps down the hall. We were pleasantly suprised how well stocked this condo was, if u thought u needed something it was there. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen and plenty of towels.. Mrs. Jeanne told me that all we needed to take with us was our personal items... Could not belive it until I got there...Beach chairs provided on beach from complex and if u missed out on those she had some available for us, along with beach towels...umbrella and some childrens toys!!! Ground floor unit was wonderful, all we had to do was walk out the lanai to the pool or beach!! We will Definately return... Thank you both for allowing us to vacation in your condo!
