You leave our condo building, cross Beach Road, and you're on Siesta Beach. We're less than a mile, or about a 20 minute walk, from the Village of Siesta Key where there are shops, restaurants, and nightlife. There are no buildings across from us to block our beautiful beach/ocean views from our 2nd floor condo.

Fabulous condo directly across the street from Siesta Key. Great view of Siesta Key from condo. Condo is within walking distance to Siesta Village and close to other Sarasota area attractions.

This was the 2nd year that we stayed in the Daniels Condo. We came back this year and plan to come back next year to their place because of the excellent location, immaculately clean unit and the very accommodating owners. In addition to the 3 previous plusses I just mentioned, the beach, which is located across the street, is the nicest beach that we have been to and I am including Hawaii. The sand is talcum powder and the town keeps it clean. The condo is close to many great restaurants and bars. Sarasota in general is a great town. We have been coming to Sarasota for 15 years and the last 2 at the Daniels condo. This is a perfect spot with owners who care about their guests having a good time. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my future visit.

We were treated like royalty from the time we booked the condo until we left. Everything we needed was there- beach towels, chairs, toys, well stocked kitchen, lovely common area! As this was our first visit to Siesta Key, we had no idea what to expect; we were quite impressed. Several suggestions from our perspective: offer guests more than one key to the condo- if one of us wanted to go to the gym while the rest of us sat on the beach, we felt tied down by having only one key. We also would have liked being able to donate left over nonparishables to a food kitchen. And oh, by the way, thanks for the beautiful weather! We loved our week!

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Part of that reason is the comfort and convenience this condo provides. The condo is well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The beds are comfortable as well as the furniture. The view out the big window is awesome! The fact that the beach is right across the street is a big bonus when you have little ones with you. Crossing the street is not a problem at all. Motorists are well mannered. We will definitely be back. As for the beach itself-this beach was made for the young crowd. The surf was gentle enough we could let our six year olds play in the water without having to be right there with them. Siesta Key Village just up the street about a mile is a quaint little area with restaurants and shops. This was truly our best vacation in the last six years.

This was the first vacation my husband and I took with our 8 month old daughter. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. The walk to the beach was just right for totting an infant and all of her beach needs. I loved being able to see the beach as soon as you walked through the doors of the condo and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo around the holidays. The condo is beautifully appointed but at the same time offers comfort for that "at home" feel. I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai. The view of the gulf just doesn't get any better than that. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need although we usually only ate breakfast at the condo. The beach is so convenient - right across the street. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the outdoor storage unit that comes with the condo. Beach towels were also available in the condo. The owner has thought of virtually everything to make your vacation relaxing and convenient. I would love to have booked this condo again for next year but someone already beat me to it!

The condo was fantastic!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Can't stop taking about it! The view out the front windows of the beach was incredible! It was great to have the storage area full of everything we needed for the beach.
We went to Caspersen Beach and collected sharks teeth. Saw dolphins on the shoreline 3 different times!! And then snorkeled at Point of Rocks.

This condo turned out to be everything we hoped for! The view of the ocean from the unit is great, and the condo has every amenity that one might want. The location close to the village center is very convenient for eating out and shopping. We loved walking across the street and being on the beach in less than a minute! Siesta Key turned out to be a great island destination for a get-away, with many good restaurants just a few minutes away. If we go back to Siesta Key, I will not shop around for accommodations; I will select this condo again, as it was perfect for us. The mantra in real estate is "location, location, location", and this condo shines in that respect.
The beach cannot be beat, either (just voted # 1 beach in the U.S. by Dr. Beach), and you can see sunsets from the condo or up close and personal while walking on the beach. -

This condo has a superb view of the Gulf, which we enjoyed while eating our meals in the condo. The location is excellent as there is a clear view to the water and as Siesta village is about a mile away. This allowed us to walk to restaurants in the Village such as the Lobster Pot. There is also much to see in the area including attractions in Sarasota.
The condo is very clean and comes very well equipped. The manager of the condo complex greeted us on our arrival on a Saturday and made it very easy for us to quickly move into the condo.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at the condo on Siesta Key Beach. The condo contained everything and more of what we needed for a week long stay. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and felt like home away from home. The location was ideal and totally beautiful. This was our best vacation yet and even our kiddo's agreed (better than Disney)!!! We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to return again soon!

This was our third beach vacation in this particular condo in Siesta Key. The owners have beautifully decorated it in a warm beach theme and it is fully equipped. Situated directly across from the beach, this condo has a wonderful view and has a very short walk to the ocean. The on-site building manager is always helpful and extremely friendly. We have had the pleasure of staying in the Sunset Royale complex on many occasions and we feel this is our home away from home. You will not be disappointed if you decide to book this condo. Enjoy Siesta Key!
