Location: (Gulf of Mexico) Siesta/Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida, on Beach side of Key, NO Roads to cross!
Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is the world's best beach and we don't say that lightly. While some say beaches in Bali, Australia, New Zealand and/or Hawaii are as nice it's not the case - We've been there. NO OTHER BEACH IN THE WORLD IS AS CLEAN, WHITE SAND, COOL ON THE HOTTEST DAYS, AND SAFE TO SWIM IN AS CRESCENT BEACH !!!

Great location,not as noisey and commercialized as St.Petersburg. The beach is second to none.Condo well equipped.shopping is great but not walking distance. Golf courses nearby.Service was excellent,we loved the unit,loction,the beach and we had perfect weather.Looking forward to 2013.

I have stayed at several differnt properties on Siesta Key.. This is by far the nicest condo I have rented . The furnishings are of far beter quality than any other rental. Their is even a closet full of beach toys for the littleones (or young at heart) to use. The beach is absolutely amazing. The whole rental process was very easy to complete. I have been coming to Siesta Key since I was a teenager. You cannot find a more relaxing place to visit. Also there is alot of activities close bye if you want to let loose

Condo was very clean, roomy, and nicely furnished. Convenient access to the beach and pool areas. Rental office was easy to work with. The condo provided a very pleasant "home-away-from-home" experience for a week in October. Hope to return for another stay sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation on Siesta Key. The condo was very spacious and clean while the beach was right downstairs and very beautiful Restaurants and shopping is all very close by. I can't wait to come back to this condo next year!

This is a well-appointed, spacious unit with every convenience. Located on a pristine beach with private access, plus pool in a garden setting.
Convenient to shops and a choice of resaurants.
We look forward to a return visit and another relaxing vacation. -

We had a wonderful time mostly do to the accommodations and their wonderful location.
The two-bedroom condo is beautifully (and comfortably) furnished, big screen HD Tv's and very comfortable beds, not to mention covered parking and the proximity to the beach.
Laundry facilities are also available within the condo itself.
The private beach is phenomenal with its white sand that does not get hot with the days sun and complimentary beach chairs, if the beach isn't your thing you have to pass the pool and hot tub to get to it.
The condo is conveniently located close to great restaurants and shopping, Siesta Key is a wonderful place to visit and close to Sarasota if you need a little more excitement.
We will definitely be booking this condo again on our next trip to Florida.

The upgrades and cleanliness of this condo are very impressive. The convenience of the pool and beach are excellent with elevator access, covered parking, etc..
Just minutes away and with-in walking distance you can find great food, entertainment and shopping.
We have been to several condos on Siesta Key and other Florida locations but this one is the best by far. -

My family and I couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! We finally found a condo that lives up to the listing! Hdtvs DVD recorders, granite countertops, super-comfortable beds - it's all there! Being right on the beach, my family and I will never stay anywhere else. Sit on the balcony, sip coffee and watch the sunrise, you'll never want to go home.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and clean and has everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. The beach is great for walking, playing and sunning. A pool is also available, but I prefer the ocean myself - it's soo exiting. You will meet a lot of interesting people and find a lot of activities offered in the area. Restaurants and stores are close by and of special interest is a visit to the Ringling Circus Museum. You will not be disappointed. I am considering a visit in the near future again. Can't say of any complaints.

This condominium is one of the best on Siesta Key. It is extremely well maintained and is convenient to all Siesta Key has to offer. Complimentary chairs are supplied on the beach daily which makes your beach experience easy. The beach is one of the best we have seen anywhere. This unit will make your vacation stay a pleasant and wonderful experience.

we really enjoyed our stay at this excelcior condo, beaufitul with everything you need, clean, nice side view, wonderful ammenities such as the pool,location, parking, etc. would stay here again.
