Crescent Beach on Siesta Key is the world's best beach and we don't say that lightly. While some say beaches in Bali, Australia, New Zealand and/or Hawaii are as nice it's not the case - We've been there. NO OTHER BEACH IN THE WORLD IS AS CLEAN, WHITE SAND, COOL ON THE HOTTEST DAYS, AND SAFE TO SWIM IN AS CRESCENT BEA...CH !!!

Description: Siesta Beach House Condominium 1st Floor unit.

Siesta Beach House is located BEACHSIDE, no need to cross the road to get to the beach. A heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ's, and a private beach with lounges and chairs are provided for your enjoyment. This particular unit has been completely refurbished and is better equipped than many condos costing twice as much to rent. Have a look at some of the pictures. This condo is only 200 steps from the beach.

Amenities: The condo is fully air-conditioned (new) with tile & carpets throughout. There are Hunter ceiling fans in the Living Room and Bedroom. It is equipped with two telephones and a digital answering machine.

-The Living Room contains a full size sofa-bed in the large corner sofa. For your entertainment there is a 32" LCD HDTV with a Comcast HD DVR/PVR Cable Box and a VCR/DVD Player and a stereo radio with iPod Dock.

-Now with FREE High Speed WiFi Internet Connection.

-Next to the living room is a large kitchen with dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a New large frost free fridge with Icemaker, New self cleaning stove with ceramic top, over the range microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, garburator and all the latest kitchen gadgets, along with a full set of dishes, glasses and pots and pans.

-The bedroom contains a queen size bed along with a chair, a large set of drawers and 2 night tables. There is a 19" remote control cable TV, a ceiling fan, a telephone and a clock radio. There is a large walk-in closet to store your clothes and suitcases. We have added a small user programmable safe to store your valuables (At your risk)

-The New 4 piece bathroom has a sink, shower/bathtub and an elongated toilet.

-A new high efficiency heating and cooling system can maintain any temperature you require.

-This unit is a NON smoking unit. Condo Board and Health rules do not allow pets.

-Virtually everything you need is supplied, all you need to bring is yourself, suntan lotion, beach towels and food.

  Great location. Easy access to beach. Small but everything you need.
  There was not maid service or even new towels each day. Also our room was not ready at the 3pm check in time. It wasn't that big a deal as they let us park there so we went to the beach for awhile until ready. It also would be nice if there was coffee included or on site. Yes there is a coffee maker but we were only there for 2 nights 3 days. Did not bring that with us.

  Great Condo just off the Beach

  We had a great time. The condo was just right for the two of us, and equipped with everything we needed. Just a short walk past another condo to the beautiful white beaches. No crowds on the beach or in any restaurant this time of year, and the weather was perfect.

  We stayed here for 8 days and had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, comfortable, and very well set up. You have a 3 minute walk to a beautiful private beach on Siesta Key, and shops and restaurants are a very, short drive. I would highly recommend Lutz's condo to friends and family and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

  My husband and I loved the unit. The unit was wonderful. We look forward to coming again. Very quiet and safe as well. I would recommend Mr. Lutz's unit any time. I have seen many units on Siesta Key and this unit is superior to all I've seen. I made reservations on a very short notice and was pleasantly surprised how smooth Mr. Lutz and Melanie made things happen. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

  We stayed here and were impressed by how updated this unit was. It was beautiful. Everything was really comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach. We couldn't recommend this more often then we do already to all our friends.

  I've been to many beaches in the world but Siesta Beach is fantastic. The sand is fine like powder and because it's quartz it doesn't blow around and it doesn't get hot. No Shoes Needed....
  The condo has all the amenities of home. It seemed to have just been redone (many others are 20-40 years old) and it was spotless. The kitchen even has a dishwasher, not many 1BRs do. The Living room had a flat panel HDTV and even had a cable box with HD PVR, wow..
  The condo complex had free wireless internet connection.
  I don't think anything was missing.
  Next time I have some vacation I'm coming back...!

  Peaceful Getaway

  I had a wonderful relaxing time.
  The beach house is comfortably furnished, big screen HD TV and very comfortable bed. Short walk to the private beach with its white sand that does not get hot with the days sun and complimentary beach chairs, if the beach isn't your thing the pool is a shorter walk in the opposite direction of the beach.
  The condo is conveniently located close to great restaurants and shopping, Siesta Key is a wonderful place to visit and close to Sarasota if you need a little more excitement.
  Will definitely be booking this condo again on a future trip to Florida.
