Our 'True' Direct Beach-Front home on 'world famous' Crescent Beach on Siesta Key has the absolute best direct Gulf-Front views on the island. You'll be right on the beach, and you can't get any closer. You'll actually feel as though you're staying in a beachfront cabana (but with all the comforts of home). .

When you first walk through the door, you'll never want to leave. You'll be perched inside this breathtaking condo, watching, listening and even 'feeling' the gentle gulf waves as you breathe in the fresh salt air from your private all weather beachfront lanai. You'll have the absolute best direct gulf-front views from your lanai..., your living room, your dining room and your breakfast bar (even the large kitchen window looks out at the gulf and your private beach).

And better yet, you'll be located on the 'absolute best part of "almost world famous' Crescent beach on Siesta Key...about 1 mile north of 'The Point of Rocks' and about 1 mile south of 'The Public Beach'. Those intimately familiar with Siesta Key know that it's generally preferred to not be located too near 'The Point of Rocks' and not too near 'The Public Beach.' Your own private beach will be clean, wide, surprisingly un-crowded, yet very centrally located..

You'll be relaxing inside a small, very private 2 story beachfront residential building. The beachfront pool is ' quietly' to the immediate side of you and the 'absolute best part of the private beach' is gloriously in front of you. From your strategically positioned 2nd floor corner unit, you'll have extraordinary and unobstructed 180 degree panoramic views both up and down the beach.

Your vacation home offers you stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, stylish yet comfortable furniture, fine art, clean comfortable bedding, fine linens and towels, secure WI-FI, large flat screen televisions, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach supplies, and just about everything you'll need for your beachfront vacation..and we're child friendly too!

For 4 hours (10AM - 2PM) immediately prior to your arrival, your accommodations will be fastidiously cleaned and sanitized by your own private housekeeperl. She'll always be available to personally assist you to make your vacation even more relaxing..

You 'really will' hear the waves and watch the dolphins swim by from your private all-weather beachfront lanai, and you 'really will' feel as though you're living in a beachfront cabana (but with all the comforts of home).

  We have stayed at the Dobsons' condo the past two years, and will again this year. Siesta Key is magical enough, with it's crystal clear water and soft, white sands, it is a wonderful destination for those looking to get away from it all. I have stayed in other locations on the island, and to be sure, the island itself is so wonderful that it would be hard to have a negative experience anywhere...until you stay at the Dobsons'. Nothing else compares to this place. Everything is as wonderful as their description says. You feel so pampered while you are there, everything is just so nice. You couldn't ask for a better view or access to the beach. They are in the perfect location...not too crowded or noisy (like the public beach area), the sand isn't "shelly" as it is closer to the Point of Rocks, it is just pure, blissful, beach-going relaxation. My husband and I look forward to our time there all year long.

  Perfect beacfront holiday home

  We had a fantastic stay over the Christmas period - the owners could not have been more helpful, the check in simple and the beachfront location has to be one of the best on Siesta Key. Even when it's cold (and it was some days!) we felt like we were at the beach.
  The condo is well appointed, and well stocked so entertaining at home is easy, if you wish.
  Most restaurants are beyond a 30 minute walk though.
  The swimming pool was perfectly located, within steps of the condo, for the few warmer days we had.

  thanks john for the perfect vacation condo on crescent beach...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautifully furnished and decorated home away from home...loved the sea view, extended by the mirrored walls, unbeatable close beach access and quiet setting...our favorite times were having a glass of wine watching the sunset from the beach, then floating in the water as the stars came out---one evening a family of dolphins joined us...very nice small and friendly community and even on the holiday weekend your private beach was quiet and open...enjoyed the siesta key village life as well...we will definitely be back.

  Condo located on perhaps the most beautiful beach anywhere. Very clean, comfortable with all amenities and wonderful views of this beach with its clear, blue waters and friendly family oriented surroundings. A real escape to rejuvenate the body and mind.
