There's plenty of room for everyone here at Our House. We have a split-level living/dining area, with a large living room made for a crowd! The huge sectional sofa faces our new HDTV with DVD player, so anytime you need a little downtime from all the outdoor fun, settle in with your favorite movie, a bowl of popcorn, and frosty drinks. The kitchen's just a few steps away, and it's got all the equipment you need to make and serve anything from blender drinks and microwave snacks to a full homemade feast!<br/>Our dining table, just a few steps up from the living room, seats 6 comfortably and doubles as a game center. Break out the cards,... put on some good music, and enjoy! This table is also a good place to set up your laptop or other electronics. You have free wireless Internet at Our House, so you can always stay as connected as you want to be.<br/>The one thing our table isn't used for very often is meals, and that's because the balcony is the dining spot of choice every time! Running nearly the entire length of the townhouse, the balcony overlooks the lake, offering sweeping views in several directions. There's plenty of space out here for casual dining as well as seating, and it's a lovely place to watch the sun rise. Slip out with that first cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the cool sea-tinged breeze. Count the stars at midnight. Accessible from several rooms, it's the showplace of Our House, and you're going to love it!<br/>One of the most important things about a vacation home is that it gives you a great night's sleep, and that's something you can count on at Our House. Our two bedrooms are designed for quiet and rest, so that everyone wakes up refreshed and ready for the next adventure. We have two full bathrooms as well, so there's no waiting in line when you're trying to get out of the house in the morning!<br/>The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The balcony is just beyond the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which flood the room with light when open and keep it wonderfully dark otherwise. Roomy and peaceful, it is a marvelous retreat from all the fun and excitement of your vacation!<br/>The second bedroom is sun-washed as well, with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage space. Plenty of room to make yourself at home!<br/>You'll find everything you need for your stay waiting for you here at Our House. We provide all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels for the townhouse, so you don't need to worry about packing "spares" or running out to the store to pick up something at the last minute. Our washer and dryer are at your disposal at Our House, so you can pack light, too! We try to anticipate everything a guest could want, so you'll find the kitchen loaded with dishes, utensils, and gadgets. We want you to have a great time here!<br/>And with Siesta Key Beach less than a 5-minute walk away, there's really no way NOT to enjoy this beautiful piece of coastline! The white quartz sand is wide and clean, the waves not too intimidating, and the sunsets absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, day after day! You'll stroll to the beach along a private path that takes you through the natural dunes, so you can really enjoy the beauty of Florida up close. And the beach itself is perfect for family fun, from kite-flying to sandcastle-building to wave-riding. <br/>In Siesta Key you're in the heart of Florida vacationland, with countless sightseeing spots to visit, in addition to first-class golf, shopping, and dining. You'll find a huge swimming pool, pristine tennis courts, and picnic areas equipped with grills. Your best vacation ever awaits you at Our House!<br/>One week minimum from April 30-December 15th.   Was hoping for a spot on the beach, this is the next best thing! Probably the same walk distance. Was just the slightest bit hard to find, maybe including just a small map of exactly where it is in the complex would be helpful. Beautiful place!

  We'll defintely rent this one again. Inexpesive. Clean. Spacious. Right across the public beach parking (safe and not chaotic, just be careful crossing the street). Only thing I didn't find was the "private path that takes you through the natural dunes" per description. There were 2 beach chairs and bikes free to use - thanks! - as we didn't bring any beach things. The pool was a nice swim stop after the beach - small but always clean. What we came here for was the "white quartz sand" -- so fine so true! Condo was a long walk to Siesta Village but found free ride (tip only) to anywhere in the inlet. Mote aquarium's boat and kayak explorations were awesome (great for families). Back to Our House at the Beach, great great location!

  From the beginning is was a smooth deal, I talked with Vacation rental pros great job they do it all. Location was great corner of Midnight pass & Beach rd. Hundred yards from Siesta Key Public beach and a mile from the Village that has everything you ever wanted. Our House on the beach was real good to us, they never bothered us once and they were there when we needed something. I search over hundreds of places to find the right location, price and hassle free, no need to search any more. Thanks to all we had the best time you could possibly have. Dave

  Our House at the Beach was a great place to stay for our annual girls trip. The rental was clean and spacious. Especially loved the newer bathrooms and the space it provided for 4 girls to get ready for a night out. We loved having a garage to park in, and the bikes, beach chairs and floaties for the pool -definitely bonus! The proximity to the beach was great. Most times we did the short walk, however, there is public parking close by if you need to haul a full load for a long day at the beach. The price was great and Steve Milo and his team were terrific to work with. Very pleased with our stay and intend to come back in the future.

  My family was very pleased with the rental. We were pleasently surprised when we opened the garage and found several beach chairs and toys for the kids. Although not beach front it was a perfect stroll to the public beach across the street. We really enjoyed everything about the rental a few things that were nice surprises were the beautiful bathrooms and the new washers and dryers. Can't say enough, it was really nice.

  The condo at Our House at the Beach was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. the newly redone tile floors and bathrooms were excellent and easy to maintain. As far as I could tell, the only thing missing was a hairdryer. We especially enjoyed the lovely pond behind the condos and also the location with beach across the street and the short,(about 1 mile) walk to stay. We had a great time!!!

  This condo provides an excellent location with a short walk to the beach. In addition, it has a cozy and more residential feel than other condos we have rented. It is very quiet and the garage that comes with the unit is a huge benefit. The bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. The pool and the people at this complex were outstanding.

  Fabulous condo, great location, hard beds!

  The condo was beautiful, and very spacious with great decor, and they had everything you could want . The only issue we had was the the beds were horrible- we actually drew straws at night to see who could sleep on the couch. That and the bare bones cable had the kids upset as there wasn't any Nickelodean or Disney channel for them to watch at night.

  Great bathrooms, granite sinks, large tile shower. Master bedroom mattress very firm...slept on couch for 6 nights...Comfortable chairs would have been a plus also...Check your washer, it has a very noisey spin cycle...Garage needs overhead light bulb replaced.

  The condo was very clean and well maintained. I was very impressed with how well the grounds were kept, it was very beautiful. The white sand and beautiful blue waters were more than I could have anticipated. We will definitley be back.

  Appreciated the speed of which the unit was cleaned and available for us to check in with a toddler neeeding a nap! Guest bath toilet was the only thing that didn't work properly...hard to flush. Otherwise everything was perfect!
