We stayed here for 4 days after the mayhem of Disney World. It was terrific. Island House is quaint and in the perfect location. We have been to many beaches, including popular ones in Hawaii. This is the best beach we've ever been to. Don't forget to go to the local market for stone crab.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Island House. I liked being on the top floor. It was quiet, and the other condo was not rented for the week so it felt very private. Overall, the condo was spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the beach, which is the obvious highlight. The kids could play in the sand, and we could wach them from our huge porch. The only negative I could find was I didn't feel the place was totally clean and some of the furnature needs to be replaced (bad odor in one of the bathrooms and smelly recliner). However, for the price, this place cannot be beat, and we will probably come back again next year. Great memories!

Please, if you ever feel one of our units is not totally clean, please contact me right away and I can remedy the situation for you. I actually had the recliner cleaned about 2 weeks prior to your arrival however, I was not pleased with how it came out and I am sure it will be getting replaced. Siesta Key and Island House have become our favorite vacation spot. This is our 4th visit to Island house.. Each and every unit we have stayed in has been great. We especially like unit 8S because of the wonderful ocean view. Everything about Island House is great,the staff are always very helpful and friendly and the entire place is spotless. We will return.
