Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on one of the best beaches in central Florida. This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This condo is 1300 sq. ft. and is on the 3rd floor.It has a king, 2 twins, sleeper. It has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), lanai. The property was very well maintained, the staff very helpful, the house beautiful and very clean and the beach was fantastic. Loved the pool for adults and the watersports area and beach snack bar were well maintained and very nice. We spent a week with our 2 college age daughters and had a spectacular time - would definitely recommend this resort! We did not eat in the restaurant but found many lovely local spots to dine. Also had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook in some evenings. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the floors getting rid of all the sand :)and were very responsive when we asked for extra coffee and towels. Will definitely return.

We stayed at Island House on Siesta Key for one week. Unit 13
North recently completed a $100,000 remodel and it showed! New
leather furniture in living areas, modern kitchen appliances, artful
bathrooms, skylights, comfortable, attractive tile work throughout.
Very comfortable beds with ocean views, a well stocked kitchen
with every imaginable cooking utensil, dishes, and bar ware. Very
thoughtful amenities: 3 tv's, library of current books, games, and
puzzles, coolers, beach chairs, right down to scissors and packing
tape for any luggage overflow items needing to be mailed home.
The lanai was spacious and offered a wonderful view of the beach.
Fully enclosed or open as you chose. Lanai furniture was attractive
and comfortable. Washer/dryer on the back porch with trash shoot
as well. Quiet, well insulated. Great heating and air conditioning
throughout the unit. The beach was always in sight and just a
minute's walk away. Parking was great as you had your own covered
carport just short steps away from the building's entrance. Given
the option, we would buy the unit! While we were just two, it is
plenty spacious for four people and with four it makes the cost
