GULF FRONT - GROUND FLOOR UNIT!! This spectacular 2 bedrooms, 2 baths unit is 1300 sq. ft. as is located on Crescent Beach. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Fully equipped kitchen, all appliances. The unit has a king size bed and 2 twins. There are 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi. There are direct Gulf views from lanai as well as bedrooms. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beach front court yard with shuffleboard. There is a large beautiful pool as well as a game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Come visit us!

What a great place. It has a wonderful view, great updates, everything you need to entertain, prepare meals, etc. The patio is comfortable with such a nice breeze. The beds were comfortable. We loved the whole experience. Great location too.

Four of us girls stayed five nights. We wished we had had longer. Nicely decorated, but the view from the lanai could not have been more perfect! 20 steps from the door to the whitest sand and lounge chairs. Very quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The only small complaint was the twin beds in the second bedroom weren't the most comfortable, but the couches were a good alternative. We enjoyed Captain Kurts and Siesta Key Village. It was a Great break from Kentucky winters.

My husband and I made our decision that we were going to begin our "Fall Vacation" each year at Island House Resort, because of our experience staying in North 7. We begin making our plans early only to find out North 7 was booked the week we would be vacationing, so we decided to see if North 1 was available for that week. To our surprise it was! I'm so thankful!! This will now be the apartment we will try to get each year. It is a newly renovated apartment and what a tremendous job they have done. My husband and I were so pleased! We appreciate the hospitality of everyone at Island House Resort! It will continue to be our #1 place to stay at Siesta Key. Looking forward to coming again next year! Cheryl & Mike Brown

We just got back last night and I could not wait to write this review. You must experience Siesta Key for yourself. I was there 30 years ago as a child and thought it was a paradise then and still do. We experienced white sandy beaches, beautiful palm trees everywhere, small harmless lizards that were fun to look for, shells on beach and dolphins in the ocean. We even enjoyed taking a ride in the car over the bay and looking at the beautiful large homes that were located there. We have 3 children ages 21,18 and 15 and they loved it. We were heading to Destin because it was a shorter drive (from Northern Kentucky) but had to make other plans due to the oil spill and this was a blessing in disguise. The boys went deep sea fishing with their father while my daughter and I went shopping one day. All the kids enjoyed jet skiing on another day. We utilized the public tennis courts twice that are just down the road. We enjoyed eating dinner out with live music day and night during the week and on weekends. The rest of the time was spent tossing frizbee, rafting, kicking soccer, hitting volleyball , taking walks and just relaxing with a drink on the beach. The beach is not crowded at all unless you take a walk down the the public beach (which we did ) and realized how blessed we were to have such a beautiful location. We utilized the screened in porch area by playing cards at night when it was cooler. The laundry room is right out your door too which is very convenient. This place is perfect for all ages...even families with small children. The only thing we missed out on was the pool and game room but we could not pull ourselves away from the beach since it was right out our back door. I will definitely be back!!

We absolutely love Siesta Key. This was our 6th stay at Island House but 1st stay at 1North. It was perfect for our family. Very convenient to just walk out the back porch on to the beach. We loved the closet of games. The weather was cooler (we usually come in June) but we still were able to put our swimsuits on during the day and went back to Missouri with a nice tan! We highly recommend taking a cold plunge in the Gulf of Mexico...freezing at first but worth it!!
