Island House Beach Resort!! Siesta Key Florida. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit is 1300 sq. ft. and is located on one the finest beaches in Florida. It has a large living area, dining area, 2 lanais, central heat/ac, fully equipped kitchen, ( all appliances) 3 tvs, dvd and is located on the 3rd floor. It has a king, 2 twins. Free Wi-Fi in unit!! This condo offers views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. We try to go away to someplace warm away from icy cold Maryland each Janaury to enjoy some sun and warm up. This uaually in somehwere in the Caribbean, but we couldn't spend more than 5 days away so we didn't want to commit to a weely rental at a villa or condo. Florida was going to be our likely choice but we have had enough of the east coast and reserched the Gulf beaches. We heard that the pulverized quartz white soft sand at the Siesta Key area was worth experiencing, we looked for daily rental lodging options. Sfter reading reviews and studying the area we decided on Island House Beach Resort and couldn't be happier. The location on Siesta Key Beach was perfect for our grown family. Plenly of soft sand beach relaxing and reading. Island House Beach Resort is a good jog away from the village either on soft sand or on sidewalk along Midnight Pass Road. Scott Holland (manager) and his staff have Island House Beach Resort spotless and welcoming. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and game room. My wife and I enjoyed the layout of 6N mainly because we could retire and the teens could hang out in the living room without disturbing us. Even though there was a "Red Tide", we couldn't have been more satisfied. Can't wait to return next year!

We spent a wonderful week at The Island House in unit 6 North. It was my husbands first trip to Siesta Key, but the children and I have stayed several times before at another location. The Island House was absolutely perfect! The unit was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The view from the glassed in sunroom was spectacular! We had breakfast every morning looking out at the beautiful white sand and crystal blue water. The condo had every modern convenience needed and was so easy to access the beach and area attractions. We spent our days on the beach and our evenings enjoying all the wonderful restaurants in the Village. Gabbiano's Wine Bar was by far our favorite!(Not for kids - get a sitter!)Kids loved the beach, pool and game room! We plan to return as soon as possible! Thank you everyone at The Island House for an absolutely spectacular vacation! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - we really appreciate all that you do! Hope to be back next Spring!

This is by far the best beach I've been on!! The sand is NEVER hot & always soft!! People refer to the sand as "sugar", I would say "flour"....it's that soft!! The condo had a great view & was fully stocked. I'm so happy with Island House & will be back year after year!!!!

siesta key is one of the best beaches in the US, and this property is on the best stretch of sand in siesta - the sand is creamy, white, soft and never hot. The sunsets are divine, and the whole place is just relalxing and great. Scott and the staff are very, very easy to work with and helpful. We couldn't be happier
