This beautifully maintained complex is lococated on Siesta Key on Crescent Beach. The luxury apartment offers direct gulf view of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico from all rooms in the unit. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. 11 years ago we discovered a paradise called Island House and we have been returning every December since then. (A couple of Decembers we returned to Kauai, our other paradise, but missed Island House!) Scott and the rest of the Island House crew are fantastic, friendly and always very helpful. We love 7 north and the friendliness of it owners, even tho we have never met. The way we are treated by them, with concerns for our needs, is so very appreciated. Island House and Siesta Key are perfect, even when the weather isn't!!! Thank you Scott and thank you 7north owners for all your help and hospitality!!

We have been coming to Island House for the last 10 years and would not stay anywhere else on Siesta Key. Unit 7N is our favorite unit and have been renting this unit for last 4 years (including reservation made for 2012). Scott Holland and the entire staff at Island House are very professional and easy to deal with.

The location is nice, the sand never gets hot, the beach was clean and the water was clear. The trip to the car with luggage and packages seems to take forever. The property needs a lot of maintenance and the rates are no bargain.

Scott and the staff have always been helpful and a pleasure to work with. We have stayed in different apartments at Island House and 7 North is by far the best! The apartment is beautifully decorated - the lanai has the most amazing view - you can see the view of the beach from every room in the apartment. The grounds are well maintained. Island House Beach Resort is the best resort on Siesta Key and we have already made our reservation for 2010.

This was our fifth year staying at Island House, third year in this unit. It is our
favorite. Very well maintained and clean, beautifully decorated. The extra
large balcony has the most amazing views. In addition, you can see the beach
from every room of the apartment...windows galore! Comfortable mattresses,
washer and dryer, fully-loaded kitchen, just bring your towels, sunscreen, and
swimsuits. Scott and the staff have always been helpful and a pleasure to work
with. The best part is the wide, powdery white sand beach just steps away
from your door. Our least favorite part is that sometimes the beach gets a
