Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. This condos offers a view of the palm trees, white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. is on the 3rd floor and 1300 sq. ft. It has a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances) King, 2 twins. It has 2 porches.Free Wi-Fi in unit! We had a wonderful stay. Unit is beautiful.Only comments would be : leather furniture getting worn out look and a flat panel TV for master bed room would be great addition.Have re-booked for next year!

Island House is our favorite place to stay while in our favorite place on earth which is Siesta Key! We have been coming to Island House for the past 14 years and still enjoy it better than any of our other family vacations! It is filled with fun in the sun, relaxation, beautiful accomodations and perfect God given sunsets that should not be missed! We love everything about Island House and Siesta Key and our favorite unit now is 14 south with its beautiful new kitchen, comfy furniture and lovely porch!

The unit was well appointed, clean and had very nice upgrades.
Bathrooms were good with stylish and well functioning appliances.
