Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central florida. This unit is one bedroom and 2 full baths. It is 1300 sq. ft, King, queen sleeper, Central heat/ac. The unit has large living room, den area, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), lanai. Our unit was beautiful. The views from the balcony are breath taking. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We are planning on making this an annual trip. Couldn't ask for any better.

15 South was nicely decorated, with ample, comfortable seating, good views of the beach, and a well-supplied kitchen (blenders, toaster, microwave, wine glasses, etc.). It was spotlessly clean. The rental agents, Scott and Nancy, are very friendly and competent: for instance, we called to say that one of the showers was draining slowly, and it was fixed right away. My only suggestion would be to install blinds to offer privacy in the master bath (since the pebbled glass doesn't block enough at night).

Yearly Family Reunion on Siesta Key at Island House!

My immediate and extended family have been coming to Siesta Key for our family/friends vacation for over 22 years! We we first came years ago we fell in love with another resort close by and over the years we became disenchanted and started looking at other vacation rentals on Siesta Key. After staying at a few, we have resided at Island House for the past seven years for numerous reasons and have not been disappointed, the Management Team is awesome and of course the view from the appartment is relaxing and worth every moment and penny!. We have only rented in the apartments but, have had family and friends stay in the Villas which of course have all been very good! We usually stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath but, this year we stayed in a 1 bedroom/2 bath with a small family room that had a sofa bed which we thought was perfect for our two teenagers. My in-laws stayed in this unit about 4 years ago and we liked it a lot, but I guess the years have taken a toll on the carpet. The unit is in very good shape except for the fact that it has carpet and our alleries/sinues didn't agree with it. The unit is spacious, very large master bedroom and bathroom, nice kitchen, dining room can seat up to 8 and the living room/balcony space and view of the ocean is awesome!! I would definitely recommend this unit if you don't mind carpet... We will stay at Island House again but at another unit without carpet.

The condo was spotless and neat when we arrived. All appliances worked. Island Beach House workers had already noticed a minor repair needed for the aC system and fixed it quickly. The bed was comfortable! The view was outstanding. The beach was wide, smooth, and uncrowded. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time here and took in a few spring training games and the Sarasota opera.

We had a great time at Island House. We were there over the 4th of July. The beaches were very clean and not too crowded.
The view from the room was great. We loved the balcony. The condo had an update master bathroom, which was nice.

We loved our stay at Island House Beach Resort. Unit 15 South is beautiful. Newly decorated, clean, beautiful view of the sunsets. The beach is lovely. Everything about this place is perfect. Will definitely return next year. Thank you to the men in the office who were kind and helpful.

Loved everything about the experience except the time we were able to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful setting close to the beach yet secluded enough to have the comfort of privacy which we were looking for. Would highly recommend the Island House to everyone. They were very accommodating and helped with any questions asked. Will definitely return here for our next Florida vacation

This is a great place for families. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is wonderful. Our grandkids stayed with us and I was very comfortable with the people and surroundings and feeling that they were safe. 15S has an amazing view of the ocean. The unit itself could use some updating. The master bathroom is desperately in need of some major fixing up. Our family loved the location, but we will stay in a different unit the next time.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful! We simply rented it from the pictures we saw on the website but it truly exceeded our expectations. The full size balcony that faced the ocean was a favorite spot for early morning coffee or late afternoon drink. The two teenage girls that came with us loved the location to the beach and all their friends staying close by. The master bedroon was huge with a full view of the beach. The decor and furnishings were top notch. The kitchen had everything to cook and bake with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Another plus was the well manicured lawns and the cleaniness of the grounds.
