Island House Beach Resort - Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. 2nd Floor unit, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. This beautifully maintained complex is located on one of the best beaches in Florida. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. The unit is 1300 sq. ft and is on the 2nd floor. It has a large living room, full kitchen, all appliances, dining area, 2 full baths and a large lanai.Free Wi-Fi in unit! Beautiful condo with excellent Beach access and close to Everyth

4S was an awesome apartment/condo. It was on the second floor right off the beach . Very clean and stocked with everything you can think of that you would need to stay for a week. You only had to buy some basics like papertowels, dish soap, and food. Office people were great! The bedrooms were nice size and beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer shared with the unit across the hall, this was no problem at all. I would definitly stay here again!

I had an impossible time finding a beachfront condo to rent for just two nights. We would have loved to stay a week but we didn't have the time this trip. All I got from other rentals was "No, we don't rent that way", even though they had open condos. Scott at Island House was wonderful. He had 4 South open for two nights and he let us rent it. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. The beachfront was awesome. Next trip we'll skip the craziness of Orlando and spend a week or month here. Thanks again Scott.

We loved our stay at the Island House! The staff and property were excellent!
The rental unit was perfect! the view was amazing and the pool/club house
made for an ideal family trip. My children and I would love to go and stay

4 South had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the sunsets, walking the beach, and meeting people. We have stayed at Island House each year since 2004. 4S was nicely furnished with all of the conveniences, and we would definitely recommend it for a wonderful vacation...great time on Super Bowl Day watching the Pittsburgh Steelers win the SB.
