It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, lanai. It has a king, 2 twins. Central heat/ac. Free Wi-Fi in unit. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in southwest florida. Staying at the Island house in this condo was very last minute because of previous arangements that didn't work out. The decor was wonderful, and this unit was very clean. There was only two of us and we had more than enough space. It would be perfect for a family with kids. It was right on the beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You could see the beach from every window in the house. The pool was refreshing and well kept. Agian did not go with kids, but would be perfect for them. There is also a game room by the pool. It is close to a few stores and resturants. We went to Captain Curts down the road, and I suggest that if you have been drinking or do not feel like walking...there is a company who offers free golf cart rides that accepts tips only. It is called Johnny's cab service I believe. Seriously perfefect! The staff was so friendly. Scott the manager was so helpful and kind. Even ED, someone who takes care of the complex greeted us with friendly conversation and a smile. I can't wait to go back. I could keep going and going because I can't say enough great things about this place!
