Banana Bay Club Resorts offers vacation rentals on Siesta Key off the coast of sunny and beautiful Sarasota, Florida! 13 Villas only a 2 minute walk from the beach! Studios up to 4BR's! We rent daily, weekly or monthly and there is no minimum stay, except for weekends, holidays and springtime (February, March & April- 1 week minimum required from Saturday to Saturday.) We have 2 pools, we offer free canoes, kayaks and paddleboards on Heron Lagoon and use of our private fishing dock. We have pet-friendly rooms and all are non-smoking. We spent a lovely Thanksgiving week at the Tropical Villa. The location (1 block from the beach) was perfect and David the owner was very friendly, helpful and attentive without intruding on our space. It was an added bonus to be able to bike (we brought ours) to their lagoon property and use the kayaks to paddle in the lagoon. We would definitely stay there again!

First I'd like to say that Jimmy is absolutely great to work with and is very accommodating.
We stayed in Villa 4 which was a beautiful unit. The first year we stayed in Villa 7 which is a nice unit.
The whole package is just perfect for my husband and I. Just 3 hours away from where we live, the landscaping is beautiful, just a short walk to the beach, pool is awesome after all day at the beach, the units are fully equipped, the surrounding restraurants are wonderful, absolutely relaxing. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year.
Oh yeah, their pet friendly, which is great for those of us that don't leave home without the kids "dogs". -

We stayed in the villa. We had a short walk to the beach. The place did not have central air but had window units which were fine. It had a living room and small kitchen. Close to town. A few steps from beach. Wonderful place. If you want you have full use of kayaks and canoes to go on the river at the resorts other villa. The pool was nice. I would definitely stay there again!

We were recommended Banana Bay Club by friends and have since been on two consecutive years. We stay in Villa 2 and our mother stays in Villa 1. The set up is perfect! We are two minutes walk from siesta key beach which we believe has just been voted the best beach in the whole of america! The sand is like talcum powder and spotlessly clean. Villa 2 has everything you need including a huge comfy bed. The accomodation has a pool, barbeque and table tennis as well as plenty of sunloungers. We had a look at some of the other villa's which also looked extremely homely and comfortable. We are thinking of going again next year but renting one of the larger villa's as we are going with friends. The owners, David and Gina, were extremely helpful and recommended lots of lovely nearby resturants and bars. Since returning home we have recommended the place to several friends as we are confident that this place ticks all the right boxes for the perfect holiday in a perfect location.
