Location, location, loacation! Dolphin Lodge is one of the most incredible homes on Siesta Key. Located just one block from the beach and three blocks from the Village, all the best that Siesta Key has to offer is just steps away. This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath house. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the two guest rooms each have queen beds. There are hardwood floors throughout the house and a very spacious kitchen for cooking or entertaining. On the RockFantastic Vacation Rental in Siesta Key

We spent 10 days at this location in early October 2011. The property is located in a very quiet area just a few minutes walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants which we took advantage of during our stay.
The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We loved the pool area and hottub and took advantage of the BBQ several times to make dinner.
Beckman Properties were very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. Upon arival they had the property all ready for us to move in and left brochures and contact numbers in case we had any concerns.
We thoroughtly enjoyed our stay and have already recomended it to family and friends. Already looking forward to our next stay. -

Great house. Love not having to share the pool with lots of people. Location perfect to beach and village. House is roomy, with plenty to offer, with the exception of proper aC. If I were owner, the house could do with some blown insulation, this would help with cooling in the hot days of summer. Would consider it in the winter.
