Additional notes from owner
Reservation confirmed by deposit of 25% of expected rental charge. Total rental charge must be received 30 days in advance. Refund upon cancellation only in the event another guest can be booked for the cancelled dates. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. *Early check-in and late check-out is always free whenever we can rearrange schedules to accommodate (and we will actively try). Guests must be 30 years of age and all persons under 30 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. At the discretion of the owner, a refundable damage and nuisance deposit may be required. All rates are subject to 12% sales tax and a standard $200 cleaning fee.
