We arrived early as the cleaning crew was just entering the unit. While we waited in the driveway they spent all of 15 minutes "cleaning" the place. The floors/carpeting were so dirty our bare feet were blackened. A used mattress was inside the master bedroom closet which we removed and (with great effort) slid under the bed in the queen bedroom. The bottom of the dishwasher was clogged with debris, which I cleaned out. A 3-inch long bug greeted us from the kitchen wall on the first morning. We discovered, to our dismay, that aside from the jacuzzi there was no bathtub - the second full bath has only a stall shower. Impossible to bathe a 6-month old in a jacuzzi, so we had to purchase a baby bathtub. On our second-last day a toilet flusher broke; we had to flush by lifting it manually inside the tank (left a voice-mail message with the maintenance man about it which was not returned). The pool is not private, as advertised, but shared among the 4 Beachwalk units. It was cold and almost completely shaded most of the time. After months of eager anticipation, this place was a huge disappointment.

2 minute walk to the beach is a dream and the view from the condo of the beach and gulf of mexico is awesome. Everything you need is there, in the condo, and in the area. Great restaurants in the village, a short walk away. The complex is very private.

Churubusco, IndianaSpacious, easy walk to beach. "Luxury Townhouse"??
Left on 04/16/2011 for a stay in April 2011
"Luxury Townhouse" is a bit of a stretch. The carpet is dingy and dirty. Cheap cabinets, towels etc. throughout house. Tile dirty. Could use a fresh coat of paint and up-dated a bit. It has a lot of potential but obviously just a rental. The table by the grill outside is sitting in crushed shells. Could be so much nicer. The neighbors patio and pool put the beachwalk unit a to shame. Plan on walking up lots of steps if u do not want to use the elevator which is spooky. Over-all nice location off the beaten path and plenty of room for everyone.

First off I would like to say dealing with Lisa and Dan was an absolute pleasure! Very professional and friendly! The house was immaculate upon arrival, and just in an absolute perfect location! Had all of the amenities you could ever think of, just a beautiful home. I can not stress enough the absolute perfection!! They have found life long renters here! :) Lots of love from Buffalo, New York!! :)

This condo was roomy, clean, and very comfortable. The process of leasing was very pleasant and easy. The location had easy access to the beach, which was very pretty. The sunsets were awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Townhouse overall. The spaciousness was very nice to have when you have teenage children along. It was pretty much everything it was advertised to be, and easy to rent. The only drawback we had, was the cleanliness. It could have definitely been better. Great location to the beach! Loved Siesta Key!

I lived in Sarasota as a child and have returned several times as an adult to vacation with children, Siesta Key has become very busy over the years which can be expected. Just be patient with traffic and enjoy your stay

Left on 02/17/2011 for a stay in November 2010
This unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The unit was very well equipped, both inside and out (and even included great beach accessories, coolers, and water boards). The proximity to both beach and town was great - an easy bike ride to town and a very short walk to the beach. Also close to the public tennis courts. The swimming pool was very small and not warm enough to swim in.

Across from the beach and walking distance to the village, says it all. Large HTV was great for those cooler days. The place was very comfortable and well-equipped. We'll be back next year.

The house was nice, spacious. Very close to a really great beach. A couple of blocks walk to town which was nice too.
The pool was small but with small kids it was ok. The elevator was broken the week we were there and we had trouble getting it fixed. As a whole I probably would go back. -

We enjoyed our stay though the weather did not cooperate. The beach was convenient, and we have tennis players who used the courts close by daily. We missed seeing the sunsets. The beach toys, chairs, and wagon to transport were great. The condo needed gates for infants. There was one but 3 sets of stairs to deal with. The pool is always in the shade which might work in the summer. Tucked away an uninviting. Not heated enough. Condo next to us used their pool with cute umbrella, and warm water.

1 block from the finest sand we've ever seen. There was my wife and myself, my son, his wife and 2 year old g'son. It was great to have the 3rd BR for the little one. We walked to the beach and dug in the sand daily. We shelled and went in the water as the weather was great. In the evenings, when we went out for dinner, the downtown was within walking distance where we found great dining both low and medium priced. Our morning and lunch meals were in the condo. We hope to re visit the same spot.
