This condo was perfect! Had a cute retro feel that I love, but still with plenty of modern conveniences-- including an updated kitchen. The private access beach was only a 2 minute walk, and never crowded. The location was quiet and bed was extremely comfortable. Having everything included made things so easy-- including beach towels, beach chairs and even a cooler to bring drinks. Sue was so nice, and gave us some tips on great things to do in the area. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ebb Tide Villa. It was compact, but nicely equipped. The patio right outside the door was a delight. There are tropical vines, nice outdoor furniture and a mockingbird who made sounds that had me looking around for a cat! The dedicated parking space that goes with the condo is also a benefit. Siesta Key has heavy traffic, especially when rain causes everyone to leave the beach at the same time. Spring training baseball is easy to get to from the condo, and it was great fun to see also.

We just got back from our family vacation at Ebb Tide in Siesta Keys, and had a wonderful time. Ebb Tide was very clean and was in a perfect location. The walk from the beach was a little farther than expected but nothing that was to challenging for anyone of any age. The island had the perfect amount of night life. Every night we used Johnny's Free Beach Taxi Ride which is a free taxi ride that takes you anywhere on the island for tips only. Being three of us we tipped $10, so about $2-3 a person. There were hit and misses for resturants down at the village. The Cottage and BluQue were delicious. And Turtles Pub down at the other side of the island was wonderful. Thanks Sue for the great week!

After only 3 days last year, we decided to stay a week this year. The weather was cool and windy, but our private patio was perfect for sunning. The villa is in a very convenient location for area attractions and everything is provided, right down to the beach bag and toys. Sue is only a phone call away if something is needed. It is a great place for a respite from our Michigan winters.

Edd Tide's Villa # 2 was the perfect spot for a welcome break from a northern winter.
This cozy, comfy, clean condo is equipped with everything one needs to set up and get on with enjoying the sun, sea and sand. The beach, mere steps away, is what everyone dreams about when planning a Florida vacation.
The backyard patio provides for a private space to sit back over an early morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner. Quite charming and ever so relaxing.
Conveniently situated on Midnight Pass Road there are numerous amenities so close by: several restaurants, a fun Tiki Bar, some shops, a 7-Eleven for those quick pick-up groceries, etc. Other major shopping venues-- a large Publix grocery store,Peltz's shoes, Marshall's, Macy,s, J.C. Penny's, Dillard's, Target and many more are very short drives away.
Sue was ever available to assist with information or to address any and all concerns.
As our five star rating indicates, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the vacation and lucky us we have booked to return next year for even longer!

We loved staying in Villa #2! It is so clean and decorated so nicely, that one cannot help but relax. It has a great patio for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The pool is warm & inviting and the ocean so close! We were able to walk many places from the villa. Loved the designated parking spot too. Sue is an excellent hostess! Answers any questions quickly and makes the check in so easy. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Sue for the wonderful stay!

It was nice to be greeted by Sue upon our arrival. She filled us in on how to get to the beach and some eating spots. The villa # 2 was very clean and comfortable. The back patio was nice to sit out on with great furniture. It was a short walk to the beach, which we did every morning for our walk. We found some nice eating places close to the villa. The kitchen was a little small for the fair amount of cooking of meals we did during our stay. (especially the kitchen sink)

I spent a week in this unit and loved it! The space is cozy and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. The beach is beautiful--the sand is white and soft--and the salt water pool was never busy. Both are right around the corner from the unit, and there are a couple shopping plazas across the street with great lunch spots and a drugstore. The back patio has lovely flora and gets lots of sunshine throughout the day--it's the perfect place to eat breakfast or dinner or sit and read. The Key is a fun place with some great restaurants and cute shops. I really enjoyed staying at Ebb Tide and would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for two weeks in October in #2 Ebb Tide, and were amazed at the warm welcome we received from Sue the owner. She just couldn't have been more helpful.
We had delays out from the UK so had to alter the meet and greet arrangements that Sue had set up for us, and that was when she showed her helpfull side the first time.
We were there during some extreme weather conditions that affected the wi-fi and caused minor flooding, but she was there with help each time.
The condo itself was just what we wanted, perfectly located re the beach, the pool, the local shops and a really nice bar and grill.
The facilities were perfect, and we fell in love with the patio area from day one. We had breakfast everyday out on the patio in the warmth, something we can never seem to do in the UK even in the height of summer.
Everything is there for you in the condo, all you have to do is bring yourself and your clothes, so with tighter baggage allowances that was a great help.
For anyone that stays there we would reccomend you use the local 'Johnny Cab' service that works on tips only. They were brilliant for getting back and fore to the main area of Siesta Key village, where the majority of shops and restaurants are.
In summary - perfect for two people wanting a relaxed beach or pool holiday, with excellent facilities, and a really friendly and helpful hostess.

My husband and I stayed in the villa recently. We enjoyed the beach and the villa! The villa is small, but perfect for the two of us. It was well appointed, had very nice upgrades, was clean and well-maintained. Sue even has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. It is definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in over many years of beach vacations.
We have a couple of favorite things about the villa and area...The patio is very nice (great furniture) and relaxing, it's a great place to have your morning coffee. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk.

Our stay was wonderful. It was home away from home, but with much better weather. Everything we needed was in Villa#2 and in every room. I would recommend Ebb Tide as a place to stay in Florida. Siesta Key is a wonderful area everything is there you need and and a short walk to the beach. The beach is great, nice white sand and lots of seashells. My husband and I hope to return for a visit. Sue is a wonderful owner and hostess of a great vacation.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Siesta Key in this lovely villa approximately 6 or 7 minutes walk from the beautiful award winning beach, apparently voted number 1 beach in the USa. We booked this Villa a week before we arrived, the owner Sue is very obliging and very helpful and met us on the day of arrival, showed us around the Villa and told us some good places to eat. Sue has included lots of little extras in the Villa including beach chairs and an umbrella which was really useful to us. The Villa is exactly as you see it in the pictures with a nice size outdoor patio with comfortable seating including a table and chairs and umbrella. The Villa is clean and well appointed. As residents of the Villa we were given a key to access a shared pool which is about 15 to 20 yards long about 4 mins walk from the Villa. The pool is fabulous, spotlessly clean with toilets if required, we went to the pool every day for an hour or so and there were only ever 2 other people using the facility. The Villa is situated about 1 hours walk from Siesta Key village walking along the beach, the Village is worth a visit with some nice restaurants and bars. Across the road (Midnight Pass)from the villa there is a couple of restaurants if you don't fancy the walk into the village and also a store if you dont fancy the 5 minute drive to Publix. We had a lovely time here and will be coming back one day.

We could not have been happier with our experience staying in Villa 2. Ebb Tide is conveniently situated on Midnight Pass Rd., just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Siesta Key Village. The unit is clean, comfortable, and quiet and has all the amenities one might need during a week's stay. Although our week began with a surprise tropical storm, we were eventually able to enjoy the beach and pool. Both are just a short, pleasant walk from the villa. We had a wonderfully relaxing week and hope to return one day. Thank you, Sue!

The villa was clean and well appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your time in Siesta Key. Crescent beach is just around the corner and was absolutely stunning-beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella etc. were supplied. There was also a lovely salt water pool which was around the corner. The villa has a small yet workable kitchen with all appliances/dishware needed to prepare a meal. The patio is a wonderful feature with beautiful plantings. We ate lunch there every day and enjoyed a cocktail there in the evening. Ebb Tide Villa #2 truly became our home away from home for a week.

For the past 9 years Mindy and I have looked forward to our stay in Treasure Island, about an hour north of Siesta Key. This year we decided to change it up and we couldn't be more thrilled that we did! The area lives up to its reputation, and our stay at the Ebb Tide unit 2 far exceeded our expectation. The unit was quaint, clean, private and quiet. The location was even perfect...a block from the beach and close the all of our needs. The villa was exactly as described in Sue's description. The furnishings were very comfortable and accomodating. The linens and towels were top of the line. Everything you needed for a week long vacation was provided. It was so nice not to have to pack beach towels, chairs, etc.
The villa was extremely clean and decorated really, really nice. Sue has a knack for interior design:) It was truly the perfect amount of space for a couple or even a couple with a child.
It was very nice having the option to call Sue at any time with any questions during our stay. She always answered her phone and was most helpful whenever we had a question about something.
The back patio is absolutely delightful! So beautifully furnished and landscaped. Everyday as you sat there, you saw butterflies, listened to birds singing and just enjoyed the scenery. What a bonus, having such a nice outdoor area. There was even a grill for you to use if you desired.
The villa is just a short walk to the pool and the beach. The pool is very large with lots of lounge chairs. . The beach is beautiful with crystal white sand that does not get hot, no matter how hot the temperature is.
We thought it was an additonal bonus that we could come home from the beach, get cleaned up and dressed and then just walk literally across the street for dinner and drinks.

This is a small efficiency unit with everything you could need for 4 people, providing 2 people don't mind a hide a bed (ideal for a couple). Outside patio, bbq and chairs for the private beach also included. Owner did everything possible to make our 2 week stay a good experience. The location is extremely convenient to stores - drug store, grocery market, liquor store, pizza place, very good restaurant in the plaza plus others. A car is not a necessity at this location, just walk across the street. The beach with quartz sand is a 5 - 7 minute walk. We'd definitely return again.

Thank you for the review. However, I'd like to correct an error: Our Villa is not an efficiency. It is a 1 bedroom (with a queen size bed) and a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full kitchen. It's ideal for a couple, or a couple with a child. Also, guests have remarked that the pool and our private access to the beach are literally a 2-3 minute walk from the villa door.
