I stayed at Ebb Tide villa #3 with my mother for a week in March and we both loved it.
As soon as I walked in, I was charmed by the beautiful beach-themed decor. The patio in the back is peaceful and the fence provides a lot of privacy. The condo itself is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need - beach towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Both the bed and the pullout couch were comfy (especially with the new mattress pad for the couch). The condo was quiet and dark when the blinds were closed at night, and brilliantly sunny in the morning once the blinds were opened.
The location is amazing - it is so close to the pool and the beach, and just far enough from the village so that the streets around it were not crowded or noisy. The village is a nice 50-60 minute walk along the beach, or you can take the free beach taxi service (tips only) and be there in about 5 minutes. The village has lots of good restaurants and has a fun atmosphere in the evenings. However, you don't need to go into the village - there is a grocery store, drugstore, and a few restos/bars within a 5 minute walk of the condo.
Sue is a wonderful hostess. She gave us lots of information on the area and suggested activities and places to go. She answered all of our questions and she really makes a lot of effort to ensure that her guests are comfortable and enjoy themselves.

This unit was well appointed with everything we needed for a great Florida experience. We especially enjoyed the private patio (when it was warm enough). The location was great, near eateries and a little grocery store. The orange octopus was a good place for delicious ice cream.

We have stayed at Ebb Tide for the last 4 years. We have always found it to be clean and comfortable. Sue is very accommodating and answers any requests we may have. The patio is beautiful with the flowers and patio furniture. The location is great for walking to the beach or the local shops. We plan on returning.

We just came home from our trip to Siesta Key. What a beautiful place. Ebb Tide was so quiet, relaxing and private. If you are looking to get away from stress then come here and you won't be bothered. This villa has it all. It has a comfortable living room, full kitchen with everything in it, lovely bedroom with gorgeous bedspread on it, bathroom comes with a rain shower, shower-head that makes you feel like you don't want to get out, and private patio. The place has it all. The bed is super comfy to sleep in and you won't be bothered by noise or any house keeper to knock on your door. It's so private you could walk outside your patio in the nude. So relaxing and cute with so many little accents like tropical paintings, tropical plates, cute little figurines, hand painted bench, and so much more. The owner Sue is very accommodating and quick to handle any problems that arise if you need her. The beach and pool is a short walk. The beach is absolutely gorgeous white sand and you won't be bothered their either since it is a private beach with key access only. It is nice to come to the beach late and find a spot right in front because their isn't many people this private secluded paradise. My husband and I just eloped out there and we wondered if it was romantic and private enough for a honeymoon. It was. I would come back here every year if I could afford it. If your looking for a great place to eat, there is this Sniki Tiki bar that is across the street that has the best burgers anywhere and they serve till 2am, which is great for late night arrivals. If you like fine dining and don't mind paying a lot, Ophelias is very romantic over looking the water and stars. Johnny's free rides are great too.

The condo that we rented worked out very well for my husband and I. It had everything we needed from shampoo to kitchen supplies and we loved the outdoor patio. It has great access to the private beach which was amazing and the pool was clean and heated. It also was a great location with grocery stores and resturants within walking distance.

Thank you Sue for this lovely little villa that we enjoyed so very much.
As soon as we walked in the door we felt comfortable and the whole week we stayed there we enjoyed all it had to offer.
It was so convenient to have the chairs & unbrella & cooler to take to the beach. And the beautiful beach towels... You have it all there along with the patio where we would sit out and have our morning coffee and BBQ in the evening or just to sit and enjoy the pretty flowers & trees. So well kept and so relaxing. Before we arrived I was thinking it might be too hot out there since it's enclosed & private but it's just beautiful out there in the mornings with just enough shade and the same is true in the late afternoons. We had friends come over for a BBQ one evening who were staying at another place down the road and they were so delighted with 'our' patio. We spent the evening out there. We just loved, loved it!
One big problem though...we had to leave.:( We went on a cruise after we left and spent the last few days of our vacation after that over in Fort Lauderdale. While it was a nice place I kept thinking back to out little #3 condo over in Siesta Key...sigh...
Hope we'll have the pleasure of returning again not too far in the future.

Ebb Tide villas are so comfortable I keep coming back to Siesta Key and staying there. Every possible thing you need is provided. A great place to stay with or without kids. The private patio is wonderful for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. Some of my favorite memories from our trip are while drinking coffee on the porch while my son plays with his toys on the patio. Thanks Sue for a wonderful vacation, again! Of course the beach is amazing too!

We spent spring break in Villa #3 - it was so charming and perfect. We loved the amenties, right down to the soft bath towels (even better than home)! The patio was such a wonderful surprise and another great living space. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the patio. Sue is fantastic to work with - we had a minor problem with key to the beach access and she got it taken care of immediately. She also made great suggestions for the area. Can't wait to return!

The unit we stayed in was very clean and well furnished. The one bedroom/one bath was large enough for two people for the month. It was an easy walk to the pool or the beach. The patio was very nice however we would have liked a gas grill. Limited parking area could be a problem at times. Overall a great experience.

Ebb Tide Villa #3 is the perfect vacation getaway. Located across from Davidson's Drugstore and a short walk from the beach, it is within walking distance to anything you might need. The villa is bright and sunny and decorated beautifully. Sue thought of every detail in equipping the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-out couch was perfect for an overnight guest. There is a wonderful fenced in patio with tropical plantings, patio furniture and a grill out back. We spent all of our days on the gorgeous quartz sand beach. We loved staying here and are coming back again in three months! We have found our home away from home. Thanks Sue for everything!

Our two-week stay at this lovely condo has been idyllic. It's perfect for people who like a quiet, private place to stay which is close to all amenities. The villa is a bright, airy, tropical oasis that is newly furnished and decorated in a comfy and tasteful "Tommy Bahama” style. Sue has thoughtfully equipped the condo with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen and BBQ put all our meal-making utensils at our fingertips; but when we didn't feel like cooking, there were plenty of good restaurants a short walk or bike ride away. Despite the comfort inside the villa, we spent most of our time outside during this vacation of endless sunny days. When we weren't at the beach or pool(a short walk from our front door), or riding our bikes (rented from the shop right across the street) around delightful Siesta Key, we were reading or eating on the spacious private patio with its colourful flower beds and potted plants. The patio added a second dining and living area to complement the ample open-concept space inside the villa. The beach is the most beautiful, long shoreline we've seen and the sunsets are spectacular! This villa is a well-priced, but priceless holiday paradise. We can't wait to return!
